Shower could have been a bit more modern and larger and would have made a greater impression on the room

Set just outside of the main buzz of Sorrento so very quiet. Very large rooms with great sea views. Great welcome from the sisters and could not have been nicer. Really lovely gardens and sunbathing area. Nice breakfast taken in the gardens.

Everything about this stay was 10/10. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was lovely, the rooms are massive and gorgeous, the shower was so powerful, it was sparkling clean every day, the bed was extremely comfy. Honestly it’s not very often I say this but this hotel was perfect. The location is fantastic too!

Excellent location, close to everything needed, train station, shops etc. Lovely big room and very comfortable. The staff couldn't of been more friendly or helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were amazingly wonderful hosts, they made us feel so very welcomed and did not hesitate to help out with anything we needed. We were traveling with a toddler and they were super sweet to her. I cannot stress how wonderful it is being in this location....you're near everything you could need right in the heart of Sorrento. Easy access to train station. Property is gorgeous with taaaall ceilings, huge windows and beautiful verandas, and very very clean. We're so glad we booked it and will be back again in the future!

Everything was great. I'd recommend a massage. The sauna is nice but the cold tub and other facilities in the spa are pretty much just a slightly cold bath. And the hot tub is just a warm tub. But the facility is very nice and relaxing

Nothing really - perhaps a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would have been a nice extra but it didn't distract from our stay.

A really lovely hotel. The girls who ran the place were really helpful and looked after our every need. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean and spacious and we had a lovely balcony too. The pool area was very pleasant and an added extra. Great location too.

The most beautiful building accompanied by even more beautiful staff. This place was amazing, right in the heart of Sorrento, walking distance to everything but no street noise. The breakfast included was so good and had everything you could want! The staff were so lovely, caring and helpful. Pool was also a plus!

Our stay was the highlight of our 5 week tour of Europe. Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a beautiful building. My son is gluten free and he was provided with a beautiful breakfast each morning.

Lovely place, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Located on the beggining of the shopping street, everything is in walking distance. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in a very nice garden.

The only drawback is there is no staff on from 6pm and no bar or communal area in the evening. We had a kitchenette which was handy but there was no microwave.

Artis Domus Relais & Spa is in a fantastic location. very close to shops and restaurants but the hotel and grounds are so quiet and relaxing it’s hard to believe how central it is. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool and pool area was gorgeous, quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and served outdoors which was very enjoyable.

Breakfast was lovely though there was a lot of sweet food rather than savoury options.

Room was beautiful, really big with a lovely terrace. Location was excellent, located on a quiet street just off the main strip. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. We left some clothes out to dry on our terrace and the cleaning staff brought us a proper clothes drying rack and hung our clothes up on this which we found so thoughtful.
