Walls are a bit thin but the overall facilities are amazing

Brand new facility 1 minute walk from the M1 metro.. perfect. The staff could not be any kinder or helpful Their complimentary lunch and evening meals was surprisingly fantastic. Yum!

What was not good, the window in room 411 could not be closed completely, you could hear the noise from the street, we were on the 4th floor though but it was quite noisy outside on a Saturday night.

The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, the staff were very nice, we arrived late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception, the breakfast was great, the staff were very nice and we loved the fact that drinks were included in the price, both in the fridge in the room and at the reception of the hotel.

It was a bit loud outside at night at times, the noise sometimes came into room despite closed windows. Maybe bring an ear plug if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, no complaints!

Excellent value for money! We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable at the hotel. The complementary snacks and drinks at the lobby and in the room saved our lives. The rooms have everything one needs. Staff is helpful and friendly at all times. Great gym with lots of space and new equipment.

Everything was superb, there wasn't a single thing that bothered us.

Everything was just perfect. Location is a 15 minute walk to the train station, which is quite convenient for airport travel and visiting other cities. The staff in the hotel is wonderful, everybody is so pleasant and trying to help. Breakfast is great, besides the offer presented you can always ask for additional meal to be prepared. Antonella was particularly great and always wanted to make us feel welcome with a big smile! Everything in the hotel is included in the room price, which is a very nice touch - mini bar, snacks, drinks, even some food in the afternoon and evening. Cleanliness is at the highest level possible.

Our only criticism would be that the sound proofing between floors wasn’t good as we were able to hear people in the room above however this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

The property was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We found the location good for exploring the main sights of Milan and were able to do so on foot. We also walked to and from the train station. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free drinks and snacks available in reception and the mini bar in the room and also the free daily buffets in the restaurant.

Location little bit far from the center but there is metro so it is not a big deal

I like so much services and you can have your coffee and drinks anytime during the day free of charge. And also at reception they behave to the guests so much kind and perfect services. They tried their best to make us feel comfortable.

Fantastic location. The staff are exceptional. Anything we needed was accommodated including a scale to weigh our luggage ahead of departure. Lovely touch with the complimentary mini bar, morning pastries and coffee, and of course the wine and snacks in the afternoon.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Very generous with beverages and food in the lobby at all times. Not to mention, the food was amazing and there was always food available. Comfy clean room with AC that worked well and a large bathroom. Very nice shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. good and easy location to get to where we needed to go (Duomo and Train station).

Everything was perfect. We had a very nice room with terrace and view over city roofs to the Duomo. Fantastic treat with free snacks all day and free mini bar. Walking distance to Piazza del Duomo and other main sights.

We went in very early spring and I guess the air conditioning wasn’t working or unable to be used. It was unusually hot those few days so the rooms became a little too warm. Staff helped by opening ventilation but was still a bit on the hot side…

Nothing, I think this is a lovley hotel and they make you feel really welcome.

The hotel cannot do enough for you all the staff are so friendly and helpful even with language barrier. Bed was really comfy and room really clean and tidied daily. Free mini bar and bar in hotel is a really nice touch. Really good location to central Milan, will stay again if I ever come back. Love the outdoor terrace as-well we sat out here a few nights in the sun 🌞

It was 20 min walk with the luggage from the Milano Central Railway Station and once I saw the end point I was scarified. It look so bad! But sometimes first impressions can be wrong and this was really wrong. The reception are is kind like a bar or brunch. They serve soft drinks, some wine, sandwiches, juice, water, fruits and at least the soft drinks were 24/7. Our room was not made fro 4 people but they arranged that while we we visiting Milano. The breakfast was nice, actually very nice! The nearest metro station was only 5 min away but the 25-30 min walk to the Duomo area was worthwhile.

The checkin was slow: only one computer system and several people waiting.

It was very very comfortable. I am a stomach sleeper and this hotel has the perfect pillow for that (which is quite rare). The design of the room was great. I also loved the concept of free small snacks (aperativo) in the afternoon. The hotel is right in the gay neighborhoods, which is very lively.

I love this place. The hotel is modern, urban chic, has a lovely terrace and common space that offers drinks and snacks all day. The staff was mega nice and helpful too. The hotel also has facilities that i didnt use, like gym. The location is convenient, not far from the train station.

Very polite stuff. There was a small problem with our water in our room (not hot) , they fix it in less than 2 hours and they returned 30% of the days rate. Thumbs up, great service. another good point was the bathroom. Very clean.
