Breakfast included yogurt and juice in the refrigerator, good fresh pastries, wrapped pastries, coffee from machine (2 coins provided to used with coffee and vending machine). Room and bath were clean and comfortable.

They were really flexible with my arriving hours. It is really close to all the touristic places and the bus and train station es well. Everything is in 15 min walking distance.

The smell of humiditiy in the room. A bathroom was a bit old (it is not possible to close the door in a shower). Also we were missing an extra trash bin in the room. It would be also nice to have chairs in the room where you eat breakfast.

Good value for the money and perfect location if you travel with a train. It's a good options to stay here for a night or two, but i wouldn't see ourselves staying there for a longer period of time because we would require more comfort. Breakfast was nice.

The only complaint is really the host not being able to speak English. Breakfast is repetitive.

Breakfast wasn't unique, but some croissant on the go was nice. The host unfortunately didn't speak English so the rules etc. were a bit unclear to me. He was kind and tried to be helpful though. You had to ring upon arrival but it's very unclear which number. This could be more clearly described.

Location is impeccable, close to the station and the central area. Quiet at night. Room was pretty clean and very spacious. The cold water tap at the central kitchen was very appreciated to fill your water bottle on the go.

Shower was working but had some wear and tear. Neighborhood close to the station was easy for travelling, but not the most atmospheric.

Location very close to the bus station, and because I only stayed one night this was the main reason to choose this room. The host was welcoming and free breakfast facilities.

I asked for early checked-in about 11:00. When I arrived with a foreign mobile phone number, there was no bell, no access to rhe hotell reveption and to the owner. I was lucky to meet an Italian who called the staff and informed in italian that a guest artived. When a lady come, she opened the room. It was notready yet, although I ordered early checked-in. The lady told me it will be ready at 3 pm. So I went for a walk and had lunch. I arrivex at 3:20 and the room was not ready yet. I was waiting till 4 pm. The girl artuved and made my room at 4:30. The next morning there was supposed to be a breakfast. In the kit hen there was noobe, oy coffe-maker and croissant. No yoghurt in the fridge, no botte-water and machine-made coffe. Well, somehow dissapointibg, as in Italy I used to drink fresh cappucino ;(

The room, bathroom was ok. The location was excellent.

The host is very friendly, the location is great and the breakfast is nice. I arrived in Palermo quite late and the host was at the property to welcome me at 23:30. The location is 3 minutes walk from the railway station, and within easy walking distance of the historical center. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was dirty and mouldy in the corners.

Noisy, impersonal. No sound proof, feeling like sharing... being in a hostel. No personal contact/encounter at all.

Noisy. We were given a room right next to the common kitchen which was noisy all night. Noisy neighbours, other guests constantly leaving an entering rooms all night. Only 3 functioning nozzles on the shower head. Shower door wouldn’t close.

This is a SCAM. This place listed on booking.com and I booked after reading a lot of reviews. Within an hour of me booking I got a message that said they didn't have it available for the night I booked and asked me to cancel it for no penalty. Which i did very quickly. I never stayed there and they have yet to approve the cancelation with no penalty refund. However, I have still been charged and no refund as been issued.

- the bathroom has seen better days - the walls are so thin, you can hear everything that's happening in the other room - the room is pretty small - it's hard to describe, but the "vibe" of the whole complex was nothing something, that I liked. Surrounded by tall buildings, I felt like in a well. - a lot of smells coming from the restaurants/bars, as their venting units are located in the backyard where the rooms are

- 5 min walk from the train station - the host was nice enough, to organize the check-in a little bit later than usual operating hours, which I appreciate - the room was clean

The bed was not very comfortable. I woke up with all my body in pain. But the whole experience was amazing.

It was a great location, amazing people, good breakfast.
