Excellent location! Right in the middle of town and right around the corner from the wonderful and famous Caffe Siciliano. Lovely apartment with good light and nice antique furniture. Would be nice to have some basic things for brekafast . Toast bread , butter , cheese , oats ...breakfast options were limited and I have been in lots of guest houses in my trips.

Great location, right behind the main street in Centro Storico, but quiet and nice, in a building and surounding building full of history and style. The room is charming and cozy, with nice fine touches of design to fit the charm and specifics of Noto. Italian breakfast is good and qualitative. Very hospitable and pleasant host. The whole place and the stay were excellent indeed, we recommend it!

Breakfast had little variety (bread, spreads, cake, croissants) - it was OK but basic. A lot of stairs to climb... we stayed at the highest floor. No elevator. Shower - no shelf to put shampoo or soap.

Location is perfect! 1 minute walking from corso Vittorio Emmanuella. Room was spacious, but rather minimal. Nice design with antiques. Air condion was the best we had during our trip. We parked in Largo Landolina - paid parking (a few EUROS for evening till noon the next day), about 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Host was nice, sent us whatsapp messages before we arrived with directions and suggested where to park. On the opposite side of the street there is a nice place for ice cream and granita.

A very tastefully refurbished old house, just steps away from the main streets of Noto. You get a retro feel mixing new with old. A we’ll done job on combining the two, not an easy task. A tastefully artsy feel to the place. Our room was light and airy. We had a slight view to the sea from one window and from the other to an old palace and church. The bathroom was completely redone. Spotless room, high ceilings. Old vintage furnishings. The breakfast was great. Host wonderful. The price was quite reasonable for what we got. Easy check in and out. Great tip on where to park. We got a spot very close to the z.B.& B. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended.

We were able to connect to the wifi, but the wifi would not connect to the internet at all. Fortunately we were able to get free internet access from a nearby restaurant.

Location was excellent. We had the same double-aspect corner room as last time, so we knew what it would be like. Nice breakfast, and Corrado was an attentive host. The lockbox worked just fine to get access to the property, and the parking instructions we were given were excellent. The BandB is very well situated in the centre of town.

Super fast and clear instruction for the check in. The parking is very near to the property and the room is in tue city center, just in front of one of the best caffè and restaurant. The room was spacious, the guy super nice and he provided all we need following our allergies for breakfast. very recommended!!

the 54 stairs up to the unit meant the first place in Sicily where we had to leave suitcases in the car and take knapsacks up. too bad there wasn’t a balcony.

This is a lovely B&B in a superb location in central Noto. The host was super friendly and the room was nice. Really good value. The room is at the top of the building so there were two or three flights of fairly steep stairs, which some may find off-putting while carrying luggage. But otherwise excellent.

Longer way by foot to the train station.

A very nice stay in this centrally located B&B where you can explore the beautiful old city on foot. There are stairs to climb, but nothing insurmountable if you're reasonably mobile. The room was really nice with high ceilings. Like all places in Sicily, it takes a while to heat, but it did warm up eventually (we were here in the winter). Breakfast was typical sweets and bread, and a nice start to the day. The host was always available to answer our questions and make recommendations. He also helped us find a restaurant that was open (lots of places were either exceptionally closed or because it's winter and low season). Easy access by foot to the bus station.

The restaurant around the corner played loud music on their outside terrace until late at night, although anyone was sitting there. They switched it off however immediately when asked to do so.

A nice little B&B around the corner from the cathedral, just a few metres from the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Modern and stylishly furnished room, delicious breakfast served by the owner Corrado. The check-in process is simple, parking is available in the streets nearby.
