Didn’t receive the correct room reservation. Door to room had to be kicked open (hazardous)! Desk staff person unresponsive until we asked for a refund and located the proper room.

The hotel was dirty. It looked like a splatter of blood on the curtain. Couldn’t tell if it was blood plus something dark on the wall in the bathroom, behind the tv and on side of the bed. Something was spilt and not cleaned up properly. The bed skirt had a stain. The sheet had hair on it already plus with everything else made me doubt those were even clean.

Breakfast is more of a snack. The location of the hotel was decent. The parking however is extremely tight. The staff was nice, nothing bad to say about them.

The toilet wasn't clean. The whole place was kinda dingy, I never figured out if there was a continental breakfast. There was no make up mirror and no counter space in the bathroom so I basically had to do my make up by muscle memory.. The towels had some stains. There were a lot of stains.

The hotel was a better price than others in the area. The room was a good temperature. I did not see any bugs, it was not very noisy and seemed safe. The water was hot enough. There was an empty mini fridge and a grocery store on the corner, so I saved money on drinks and snacks. There was a microwave and ice machine at the end of the hall. They let ne check out late. There was an iron and hair dryer.

The staff was unkind and hated to be bothered. Some spoke no English. The rooms were extremely small for two people, the water pressure was weak when I asked the staff about it. I was told to let the water run for ten minutes, then try the shower. All in all, I give it a 4 out of ten.

I like that the hotel was connected to a Mexican restaurant that was absolutely the best. Love the architecture of the buildings. The area is quite pricey, so prepare to spend some money.

It was a bed and quiet enough and walkable to metro. That is it. The carpet is stained, the walls desperately in need of paint and I wouldn't call it cleaner than a cheap roadside motel somewhere dusty. But, again, I slept well and was where I needed to be in the morning for less money than the other options. I guess it is a business model.

They did not have vending machines. The bed needed replaced was very uncomfortable. The advertised free breakfast was a brown bag with a orange, yogurt and water in it.

Facilities were worn, stains on the hallway ceiling etc. and room had a funky smell for the first 24 hours that seemed to be emanating from pipes. Primary issue was that the shower at first wouldn't turn fully off for the first 2 days; then, on Day 3, it wouldn't turn on at all so I just washed hair in the sink before checkout. I admittedly did not raise these issues with the staff so I can't say how the hotel would have responded.

The staff were wonderful, location was great - very walkable to NIH and various restaurants, pharmacies, services, and the Medical Center metro to get to downtown DC in 20min or so. Room was also very clean.

The parking lot was so small and narrow that parking was very difficult. Our room was mostly clean but there were noticeable staining on the walls and our TV did not work during the stay. The air conditioner wasn’t public in when we arrived which implies to me that there’s a general lack of care in preparing the rooms.

The location was great and the price was good. The bed and the bathroom were very clean.

The front office staff was very not helpful, basically ignored me. And the parking was non-existent. The are only about 15 spaces available and most of those were taken up by restaurant goers. I had to park a few blocks away, park for overnight parking and then walk my luggage through the streets.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
