Basically,everything was great, just the key system was hard for me it was my first time using this type of system, but the host is super nice and helped me to check the doors automatically

The location of the property is close to the train station and basically to the centro. you can move easily either by public transport or by walking.In addition,eventhough the room is small but warm, confy and with balcony as described.

Arrived at midnight to find my room hadn't been prepared at all and was full of rubbish from prior guest. To their credit they addressed the issue quickly. No apparent reception or visible staff on site at all. Listing says "breakfast included" but after booking, email says breakfast is additional - and in any case it did not appear this was available, there is no kitchen or dining area (or communal area of any kind) that I could see, so a bit confusing.

Great location. Staff responded quickly to the issue with my room even though it was very late, and upgraded me for free to a larger room. Room is basic but tidy and well appointed.

We loved the high ceilings, balcony & 1 double bed, 1 single bed.

The location is great - next to the Porta Nuova station. Paolo was very helpful as we did not understand how to check in and how to use the online key (very easy instruction in the email) - one just needs to check emails and read them properly 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 (the only excuse=tiredness from the journey)

The facility is really difficult to find. The phone number listed does not reach the facility staff. I spent more than 30min walking around and asked locals twice for help before I was able to find the facility.

Instructions to find the hotel, and use the entryphone. Explaining that it was within the colonnade would have helped us.

Location was very good, but neither the taxi driver nor we could find the hotel. In the end a passing stranger helped us. The hotel was unexpected, being the top floor of an old apartment block, but the huge rooms, friendly staff and proximity to the station made it a winner in our eyes.

The room was very small and very basic. I booked for 4 nights but had to leave two days early due to an accident in the family. The property did not acknowledge that let alone offer refund for the 2 nights I did not stay.
