Our apartment had everything we needed and was a great size. So glad we could also make use of the washing machine on our trip! The perfect home base for our five days in Verona, so close to everything with very walking distance. Lift access and security was great. We plan on coming back to the apartment next year.

Minor miscommunications with the managers of the property, like they thought we took the property keys with us instead of leaving on the table as they had asked us and some delays in sending back some items we had forgotten. This is a historical relevant location in the old town with very less space for big vehicle to drive, I wouldn't recommend driving to the location directly - so transporting lots of luggage can be an issue.

We booked three apartments in the centre of the beautiful Verona. Location is just perfect, and the rooms plus apartments that were provided by the property were all close for the full family of 9, it met everyone's expectations and also exceeded them. The managers also spoke with us very conveniently on WhatsApp so we could always reach them and convey our needs or adjustments. They are quite flexible and understanding especially for big groups of people. They also kept our luggage after checkout and accommodated a late check out. We forgot some items here but the managers were able to send it to us (although it was delayed). They also provide parking but only before 8pm!

The apartment was impeccable and every comfort had been thought of. It was very spacious and extremely well located in the historic centre of Verona. The living space was very comfortable with an entrance hall, living area, spacious kitchen area and two bedrooms. It was great to have a washing machine with dryer available and this was well positioned beside the bathroom. The bathroom had a great shower and was spacious. The whole space was spotless, very clean. It was a calm space. We would recommend this and would definitely consider staying there again.

Just one thing that potentially could of gone wrong was we were told to leave the keys in the flat when we finally left, but when we tried to open the 2nd door to all the apartments it was locked. Luckily we hadn’t closed our apartment door otherwise we would have been locked between the 2 doors not able to go in or out and having to get a flight. Thankfully this didn’t happen, but it could happen to someone else.

Very central location, clean, nicely presented and prepared with a good selection of facilities in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean linen and towels.

Spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was simply fantastic! a bit noisy at night from the bars on the street. I know there was an event called "Wine Italy " that lasted three days, and maybe this is the reason. However, to be honest it didn't bother too much.

we liked the location as was very central to Verona. the apartment was nice and cozy with a lot of good features. Excellent shower in the bathroom. The apartment was very safe and secure.
