Seemed that our bedroom shared a wall with a bathroom in next door apartment, therefore was very noisy at awkward times throughout the night which woke us up on few occasions during our stay. Due to its location, there is no on-site parking, instead we parked in the nearby Piazza Vittorio Emanuele (for about €2 a day in April and a 15 mins walk from the hotel).

The apartments are well equipped and offer a comfortable base for exploring Trapani and surrounding area. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Close to Trapani centre, with everything a walkable distance away. Helpful and friendly staff. Lift available for accessibly. Nice rooftop terrace

Nothing to complain about. The parking outside the ZTR was necessary, so bags had to be dragged about 4 blocks, but that was fairly simple.

Well located in the heart of the old town. Generally quiet location. Room was quite spacious and had a terrace. Breakfast very adequate.

Sound isolation could have been a bit better - but that`s often an issue in Italy. A bit cold in winter, but AC did the job.

Location is very central, as Trapani is quite small. You have to walk to the hotel as parking is not on the spot - not a problem with us. Huge, comfortable toom, comfy beds, clean and tidy. Very friendly managers explained all the basics - from tourist spots to parking, groceries, islands to churches and salt ponds.

Located not on the quiet Street of Trapani, but that is what comes with the location.

Welcome drink came with snacks and chips on the hotel rooftop, it was very tasty and a nice gesture! The rooms were modern and spacious.

Over expectation. Very very nice hotel that I wish to visit one more time. Spacious rooms, lovely design, rooftop bar, welcome drink (even though we did not try it), perfect location. We were there only 1 night, but it was really great experience. I wish we could return there again.

The room wasn’t really prepared at the time of check-in despite we arrived within the posted check in time. Usually hotels ask you to confirm time of arrival which we couldn’t really do on time due to lack of internet. The lady at the reception offered to give us the cleaned bed sheets and do prepare the bed by ourselves. Of course she didn’t want us to wait for the room but We found it a bit inappropriate considering the tariff you pay at this kind of hotel. Other than that she was really nice with us. We were a bit diss appointed with the breakfast. I would suggest offering a fresher breakfast and the staff take more care of it.

The Location was very convenient, in the Heart of Trapani, they have a very good Service with a Garage which they Pick up your car and return in when you leave at the agreed location. The hotel offered an aperitif at the terrace FOC which we found a nice gesture.

Perfect location, everything you needed for a stay and very helpful staff. The rooftop terrace was great for an aperitif at sunset!
