huge room and vast bathroom where separated with 4 steps only - with no doors - what might make visiting the loo a bit of stress or discomfort while sounds in the bathroom echo like in opera or dome ;-) ;-) ;-)

huge room of unique interior, the biggest shower I have ever been in ;-), great interior illumination, super kind and supportive staff speaking in 4 languages, amazing location! the whole old city is based on steepy hill with hundreds of steps therefore a free shuttle to new-town city centre parking was extremely helpful instead of towing our luggage for 1,5 kilometre

Friendly, efficient staff. I opted for a cave room which was huge, as was the bathroom. Large comfortable bed with lots of pillows. A small desk and a stacked minibar. Decent wifi. Modern, highly appointed bathroom, with the largest rain shower I have ever had. Great breakfast. Shuttle to and from the hotel from my parking really prompt. Friendly, efficient staff. Great value for money too.

The place is excellent! In every way! Spectacular location, good service (includes pick-up and drive back to parking as the hotel is in Sassi area and trafic is restricted there), very very good breakfast with local cheese and meats choices. We wished to stay for additional night, but the hotel was fully booked... and no wonder why... very much recommended!

Please, what was there not to like.

Beautful room with individual entrance. Double door security. Large room with resin floors which was easy. Modern layout. Foam mattress which was comfortable but may be difficult for those with a bad back. Large breakfast selection with local product and international selection. Took an opportunity to eat outside. ALL staff were wonderful and helpful to make my trip comfortable and acomodating.

This hotel was exceptional! Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was fabulous with lots of good choices and the location was great for walking into the historic center. Really appreciated the self service laundry that I didn’t have to wait 24 hours to get back. I will definitely recommend Arryvo to friends and family.

Location, the parking options and shuttle arrangement to and from the hotel from where you park. The staff...from the shuttle driver to the reception we're friendly, helpful and easy going. The breakfast selections were great, and the lovely lady who looked after us is a gem! Strong wifi!

Some of the bakery served in breakfast was a bit too hard. But all in all a nice variety.

We stood 3 nights here and it was a great experience! The room was very comfortable and clean. Roberto, Giuseppe and Nino were very nice. The transfer to the parking slot worked very smooth and nice!
