The fixtures and fittings in the room were fairly basic. The shower was very small. The hotel itself a bit tired. The single lift which could only deal with one destination at a time was quite a pain. Some of the staff on reception were a little bit stuffy. Tremezzo and the villages either side are very quiet, to the point of feeling abandoned, but again this may be to do with the season. While we had a relaxing few days, in hindsight I would not have spent so much time in this part of Lake Como.

Well located hotel to access other parts of Lake Como. Our room was on the corner of the 7th floor, and we had a fantastic view on two sides. The beds were very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent staff in the restaurant/breakfast room - I would like to specifically thank Maila and Joel for making us feel very welcome and starting our day off well every morning. A few fair/good restaurant options around.

Nothing that I didn’t like but maybe a small suggestion to have dimmed lights at the bar. It was always super bright even at night. Which was not inviting. I think a dimmed bar would be much more appealing for guests rather than a super bright lit one.

The location. It’s more on the quiet side of Lake Como unlike buzzing Varenna. Its location is perfect because it’s right by the ferry station. Super close to Villa Carlotta too. The hotel is nice & clean & has great service. They have good breakfast too & our balcony views were beautiful!

My room was fairly tiny, but as I wasn't there for a long period and also travelled alone, that was okay. One downside in my room though was that it was fairly noisy. Unfortunately, the people walking on the metal stairs and the bar music from outside was a little bothersome.

The staff was very helpful, very nice and pleasant. The restaurant had a wonderful view when I went down for breakfast and the location was also perfect - close to restaurants, the ferry and bus and also some spots worth seeing. In general I had a comfortable stay.

The elevator squeaks, and you can hear it every time when the doors open in the rooms near the elevator. The walls are very thin, and everything can be heard between the rooms. You can also hear the noise from the street and every passing car, so it's not ideal for people who have trouble sleeping. Bed is uncomfortable and too small for two.

A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.

Room was a bit dated, as was the bathroom- but for a three star hotel was very well kept and really clean. Air conditioning didn’t work so room was very warm.

Hotel does not have a parking so you need to leave a car on free place 5 min walk away.

Breakfast was good, choice of sweet and salty foods. Location excellent. There is lots of good restaurants nearby and a ferry just in front of it. Hotel is a bit old but room was comfortable and clean.
