Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy room had a lot of dirty at the front door when I got in at 11pm. I was tired and had to go to the front and ask for a dustpan and broom to clean it :( then I crashed. The next morning I realized the sink or mirror had not been cleaned. They're was dried spit all over the faucet and mirror. Gross, so really made me wonder if my room had been cleaned from the previous guest.

The location was good. McDonald's was close. The room was clean but the bathroom was pretty rough. The toilet seat didn't fit the back tank top didn't fit. The tiles above the shower needed to be replaced with black spots on them at first thought it was bugs. The tub had rust spots. Was a smoking room so knew the cigarette smell. But that wasn't bad, more of a musty smell. Needed air fresheners.

United StatesOur room had a light switch that flipped a breaker for the TV/lamps to work which was weird and took us a while to figure out. Uber eats and doordash do not deliver around there so after driving 14 hours, we had to leave again for food. The pool is drained so if you're looking to swim, this isn't your spot. Overall outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Stairs were built with wood and kinda sketchy. The fridge doesn't work so well.
This little place is located around anything you'd really need. It has a beautiful view and a relaxing vibe. Good for a quick in and out. The room itself was clean and we saw the lady working really hard in other rooms. The check in guy was super nice, too. Beds weren't bad. Overall a good place just needs updating. Near the state park (beautiful)

United StatesI knew we didn’t stay at a 5 star resort but I do expect a safe stay and by that I mean the smoke detector was not even on the ceiling. The curtains had holes in them. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. The staff was polite and the bed was comfortable but this room really needs so attention.
