Fantastic location,I was a solo traveler so I got a single room with a balcony and it had a view of the water. The room had a comfortable double bed. It had a mini bar and kettle and coffee machine. Staff was great. There’s a bar downstairs with indoor and outdoor seating, again along the water. I have no complaints and would happily stay again.

Small thing but the toothbrush holder wasn’t clean and the bathroom sockets looked dirty so didn’t give a good impression, however the rest of the room looked clean and well tended to. Shower cubicle was quite small and door could not open fully.

Since the building is close to the road, even with closed windows, you will hear the cars passing by. Also in the evening music from the bar nearby reaches the room, but at 9 pm music is turned off completely.

Exceptional view from the Room, very good breakfast, cafe bars all around and close to many other interesting places. Had an issue with the room's air circulation and girl in the reception changed our room for the best room in the hotel so she made our stay very special 😊

Some materials used in the room, bathroom or staircase were not good quality but still this hotel is very good. I did not like the information about the parking which was added after I did reservation that parking is paid and 300 m away.

The restaurant was a bit chaotic.. chef had left early..! Very limited choice for us. The walls are a bit thin unfortunately too, could hear kids running overhead at night and people talking under our window outside the bar. Couldn’t hear traffic tho. Tiny lobby .

Loved this hotel.. fab location, right next to water and central to all in the town.. beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, blackout curtains, great breakfast too. Restaurant and bar which is rare enough!

The room was very hot and it was not obvious how to control this. I asked the receptionist to help, but he failed to do anything.

The location was ideal for a one night stay in the middle of Peschiera, by the pediastrianised area. The ability to stop the car outside for a short time and then park 5 minutes' walk away for €10 was useful. Breakfast was generous.

It was slightly loud between rooms but I’d blame the small children in the other rooms more than the property.

It was a wonderful location with a lot around it. Easy walk from train station, even with luggage. The entire staff was fantastic and friendly. And helpful. My room was clean and spacious and has a decent size mini fridge and larger safe than most hotels I stayed in. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options. One of the best stays I had in all of Italy!

The only thing I wasn't really happy about was the fact bathrooms have only fixed showers and fridge wasn't really cooling the way it should be. Everything else was perfect.

Everyone were very professional and polite. As a frequent traveler I must admit everything was really for highest recommendations. Great value for money given. I'll come again.

The guy and the lady at the reception were so kind and the personal at the breakfast room too. The room has been big and confortable with an amazing lake view. Very clean. Very good breakfast.
