The cutlery in the buffet restaurant was not washed properly. We got one glass with lipstick stains on it and some forks and spoons were a bit sticky.

Everything from check-in, to our room, to ski rental, was amazing. The staff are very very nice. Zhibek was our Guest Experience Agent and she was exceptional! She was attentive and responsive and helped us with everything, from booking ski lessons to restaurant reservations. The spa is also very nice with a huge heated pool and Turkish Hammam. The food at all the restaurants was very good!

This was the best stay ever!! Amazing hotel with great food and great facilities!! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Every moment they made us feel so special and welcome! The room was a good size and clean. Especially thanks to Mr Hakan he was so good and he was always there for us and our family! He made our holiday so special and we were so grateful for his support and his hard work! He answered every question with care and he was so supportive and careful we appreciate his hard work and great attitude. I just can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will come back definitely! If you want to have a beautiful experience and the best stay then you need to go to this hotel! Amazing job and amazing design every piece and everything in the hotel was an art! Great job!!

the ski instructor and lessons were amazing. the breakfast fantastic. sauna steam room very nice. the plazzo apres ski ambiance was so much fun! and best of all was the service. the staff were legends!

the pools were a bit too cold. would order them hotter; 1. to relax the muscles after a day of skiing & 2. for the children to play longer on the water.

loved the location. the food was really great, and not just for an all inclusive. we had some really incredible lamb & beef and we loved the staff. very comfortable room. sorry convenient to get your equipment and having lift passes included makes a big difference. also really enjoyed the hamam & spa - helped with stretching the tired ski legs!

we are a family discovering ski resorts around the world. we can say simply that for the last 20 years no property did match what we experienced in the hotel. everything was simply outstanding, rooms, views, amenities, spa, food was royal ! and everyone in the staff make it their mission to make your stay unforgettable

The friendliness of the entire staff that made our stay very worthwhile and wished we stayed longer. A special thanks to Deniz in the Lobby area and was always available, Esad and Mustapha for taking videos and pictures whilst snowboarding, and finally thanks to Serhan who was a great snowboarding instructor. And finally the facilities are amazing and wished the Buffet timing was a little longer.

It’s a little far from Istanbul, but we’ll worth the drive!

The location is amazing - it’s tucked away into the snow capped mountains, right on the ski slopes! You can literally step out of the hotel and onto the slope! The room is super spacious with a comfy lounge area. The showers are amazing. I recommend you get a room facing the ski slopes - the view is great! They have an actual menu with different kinds of pillows you can choose from! Very thoughtful and convenient. There’s the cutest little fondue restaurant - delicious food, cute and warm vibe, very friendly waiter Mr Deniz - the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us sort out everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Nothing to be fair, but one thing that I didn’t like that when you go to snowboard they didn’t give me the ski pass, and it was very tiring to wait in line for someone to open or jump through the gate.

Everything was very nice and comfortable, I enjoyed the snowboarding part the most it was something else. Also the snow buggies are amazing the trail was nice. very very nice scenery.

The ski instructor do not speak English. The room lighting is not enough still dark specially the bathroom.
