You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Absolutely fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, secure parking, Marco was incredibly welcoming and friendly and the food was absolutely exquisite. Comfortable beds and air con with plenty of space and the perfect place to stop en route to Tuscany. There is a small pool to let the children burn off some energy and stunning views all round. Highly recommend stopping off here - 5* all round.

United Kingdom- As noted by a couple of other reviewers, the shower cubicle was a little on the small side.
- The views across the rolling hills and vineyards were incredible! We got to enjoy these from our room balcony and also the dining room. - Our bedroom was incredibly spacious and clean with lovely traditional carved wooden furniture and high ceilings - Marco is a superb host, so welcoming and helpful. He is also an excellent cook! I would highly recommend making a reservation for the restaurant to enjoy his delicious traditional Piedmontese dishes and wonderful wines from local vineyards that we could actually see from our table. - Breakfast was also tasty, with a great selection of charcuterie, cheeses, breads, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal. We were also offered the option of having freshly cooked eggs for breakfast, but we never had any room left! - There is available free private parking in the internal courtyard in front of the hotel. If it gets full up, then there is also free public parking in the town centre (Montà is a very small town). - It was a great base for our long weekend, which was primarily to do the annual Porté Disné wine walk from Montà to Canale. The start point for the walk is just a few steps from the hotel. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Marco's hospitality. We will definitely return when we are next visiting the area.

SlovakiaThis is just the perfect place to stay. The owner makes you feel very welcome right away. The rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious and the surrounding views are just magical! The breakfast is fresh and local with amazing cappuccino. I would recommend also booking a dinner in their restaurant - the food is incredibly tasty and it is a wonderful experience. It is easy to park on the property. The place is a short walk from the town centre and short drive from other towns. This was our second time visiting and we will be definitely coming back!
