The views were phenomenal. The hotel was within 3-5 minutes walking from the old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious. Highly recommended!!

Location was amazing looking at the Bay Area. Wonderful experience during Bianca Madonna festival. The staff was very nice to give us an ice bucket with ice to chill our wine for our room as we sat on the balcony observing the festival procession.

You cant get a better location in Portovenere. Fantastic views and so close to everything - but not in the claustrophobic tiny streets. The staff were so helpful. The rooms super clean and although not luxurious were very lovely.

I like the location it was very near to everything (super market, boat port and around the hotel is some restaurants. The staff is also nice and friendly, they answer immediately to all your inquiries.

Wifi - does not work in the room. Had to sit in the hall or go downstairs near reception to get any suitable wifi reception. The only disappointment of a great stay.

Our room faced away from the water.

The hotel is facing the waterfront, just steps from the water. The facilities are beautiful and feel luxurious. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were helpful, and very accommodating.

the hotel was moderate in breakfast services but lovely overall, the staff was very accommodating and the rooms overall were very nice, but being Americans and coming from the South we are a bit spoiled with A/C's and not having an A/C the moment the temperature exceeded 84 degrees was a bit upsetting for my children we survived. and we honestly loved Portovenere I'd say more than the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The decoration is of high quality and style, the staff helpful and friendly. Its location less than 5 minutes walk along the coast from the ferry and town just perfect. Mostly on the flat - which is a real bonus in Portovenere. And the views from the room and the balcony at breakfast captivating. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Anything you could want and more.
