We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe property was over priced for the room we stayed in. Maybe it was season time, hence the high rates. But the room was super old and very dark. The bed and bedding was also nominal. The bathroom could have been much more cleaner. Over all it was a good hotel but for the amount we paid it was not value for money.
The location of the property is super nice. It’s in the middle of everything and was super convenient! We also got a nice view of the Fjords from our room. The staff was also really friendly.

I really liked the location of the hotel and how it was close to everything which was very convenient especially all the Northern Light Tour pick-ups. As a person on a gluten free diet I really enjoyed the gluten free breakfast in the mornings and I am so glad there were many options. The free tea and coffee during the day was also a bonus. Thank you all very much for a great experience.

AustraliaThe room was quite warm and you couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature but you could open the window to let fresh air in so it was ok. Very hot when you woke in the morning though.
Lovely new, clean room suitable for our family of four. Beds were so comfortable and the showers were hot with great pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. Breakfast runs late too, to accommodate guests who have been out late seeking the northern lights. We had an early flight out and there was a mini buffet with items that you could eat in the foyer or take to-go, which was greatly appreciated.

Almost everything! The staff were very helpful and friendly, very good offering of daily breakfast buffet and above all, the central location of the hotel. I will.definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Tromso.

RomaniaOver the weekend, it gets very noisy due to the parties hosted by the bar located under the hotel. Unluckily, the bathroom tub from the upper floor was leaking through the room's ceiling.
The room was fantastic, with a nice view to the dock. The breakfast was fabulous and everyone can pick something on their taste. The hotel is extremely close by the bus station and city center. It was great to have free tea and coffee during the entire day.

TurkeyThe overhead lights in our room were pretty dim, and the bedside lamp as well as the one in the corner stopped working on our second night. We discovered this in the evening after returning from a stroll, but unfortunately, there wasn't any technical support available at that hour, so we had to manage. Additionally, there were no outlets near the bed, which made it inconvenient to use our phones while charging. The only two outlets we could find were near the entrance and in one corner of the room, which was a bit frustrating.
The staff were really friendly, the bed was super comfortable, the hotel's location is quite good, and the breakfast is pretty awesome.

breakfast spread was amazing. I booked a family room for 2 of us as i needed space - Otherwise they are really tiny rooms. Bathroom floor was heated - that was comfortable. A/C and Heating worked well. Hotel was clean and they made up the room once.
