The room was large and cleaned and the towels changed everyday.. The hotel is right next to the metro so very easy to get around. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

I didn’t have anything to write, but they ran out of hot water on our last night until morning :( it’s an isolated case I know, but it’s the only thing I didn’t like

Extremely close to manzoni station. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the elevator. Other good stuff would be the comfortable bed and pillows. Good soundproofing. Very nice staff too

* The bathroom exhibits signs of aging, evident from the visible damage in multiple areas. While it maintains cleanliness, it's apparent that maintenance isn't a priority. * Throughout our stay, we endured persistent noise caused by pipes situated directly behind a rack, with water sounds easily audible. * Additionally, the building vibrates noticeably every time a tram passes by, which occurs frequently throughout the day and night, even to the extent of feeling it while lying in bed. * The hotel's interior feels incomplete, particularly in the hall where all walls are bare, detracting from the overall impression despite not posing a significant issue.

* Situated conveniently in front of a metro stop, its positioning is ideal for exploring the city. * The cleaning crew executed their tasks with excellence, displaying professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

The shower had weird temperature regulation - it was almost always boiling hot, and the sink was stucked and water accumulated during a shower. Furthermore our bed was a bit uncomfortable, as it was made of two mattresses which frequently drew themselves apart. And the breakfasts were quite monotonous

Everything was great.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. I lived the patio bar downstairs. The location is great for Mateo, bus, and tram. We walked to the colosseum in 15 minutes.

Our room was on a main road, it was noisy at night, emergency vehicle sirens, refuse trucks, it was so loud even with the windows closed, it disturbed our sleep. Recommend requesting a rear facing room away from the main road.

Our larger room was really lovely, modern, clean, with a nice big bathroom & a fridge, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, fresh cake treats, a coffee machine, fresh fruit, croissants, vegetable quiche, cheeses, scrambled egg, potato, bacon & sausage. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the coliseum & there was a metro & bus stop outside the hotel. Restaurant Il Tempo de Minerva is a 5 minute walk & is affordable authentic Italian & recommended.

We were happy with everything

We liked the staff who were friendly and the location. It was a 15 minute walk from the station and a 15 minute walk to the colossuem. Although there is a tram/metro stop right outside. We felt welcomed at reception and at breakfast each morning. There was plenty to choose from.

The food during breakfast was not fresh, some waiters were not friendly. 1 coffee machine is not enough for all the guests. No fresh vegetables except of sliced tomatoes which looked also "tired". The waiters always remove the food 15-20 min earlier than breakfast is finished...U feel yourself not welcomed. everywhere you can see the tables "no food/drinks from outside are allowed". The hotel is already in a specific age when some repairs would be recommended.

The cleaning staff was great. The location is good. Pillows are good.

Toilet flusher in room was faulty. One was broken, the other caused toilet to "run" a lot.

The only bad thing was that the first night we stayed at another hotel, Best Roma, were conditions are lower than expected for 4 star hotel.

The location is very good, close to the metro station, and bear points of interest. Breakfast was nice, italian style. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean, too.

Breakfast could be better. Egs are awful. Not enough healthy options.

Location is perfect, Metro, bus and tram outside the hotel, clean and comfortable room, personal was really nice. Coloseum 15 min walk.
