The shower fixtures were loose and not so easy to keep in place. The mixer tap wasn't easy to open and got stuck a few times. Just by getting that checked would be a 100% Ref room 231.

The breakfast is awesome. The beds are comfy, and the touch of the complementary marshmallows is lovely. Our room was huge even with a fitted kitchen.

I have only one tiny complaint: it's a pity there were no scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The service is very flexible. I had my group dinner scheduled at 19:30, but I wanted to have it (alone) earlier and the waiter did it for me.

Could hear sounds from the street quite easily during the night.

Location was great, walking distance to the central station and the hotel was clean with good services. Check-in was quick and easy, same with check-out.

Literally nothing, everything was great, except maybe the smell of the blanket, somehow it seemed like it wasn't washed or dried completely - although it's maybe only up to me - I have a sensitive sense of smell :D

Not the fault of the hotel, but was quite noisy outside the hotel at night so was a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Breakfast is expensive. As it is with all hotels it is better to go out and get breakfast elsewhere, away from the tourist trap areas. In the rest of the world, you turn doorknobs but at this hotel you scan your key card and hold the doorknob and push (not turn). A staff member had to explain this to me because I kept trying to turn a doorknob that does not turn.

The breakfast is pretty much the same every day - but still with couple of options to choose from. The bathroom door closing system is a bit outdated and the door could not be fully closed.

The Location was great: in the middle of Corso Buenos Aires - next to Lima Metro station - close to Milano Centrale(10 min walking) - a lot of shops to choose from, the area was safe and a lot of restaurants to eat. The hotel staff was very friendly and even gave us some tourist tips. The breakfast was ok, with couple of options to choose from. There is a luggage room that you can use if you arrive earlier or if you have your flight late in the day(after check out). The rooms are quiet , very clean and the hotel looks very well maintained, the lobby area is nice and large and plenty of elevators to choose from. On the 7th floor there is a surprise - especially if you go during evening - you can get a very nice city by night panorama, you can see even the Duomo. Last but not least after a full day of visiting Milan is worth checking the pool and saunas( wet and dry) area.

The first room didn't have AC so we requested to move to a different room. The bathroom in the upgraded room was very tiny

The hotel is very central- train station right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, variety of options . The lady at the reception, -Vivian was very lovely- provided excellent customer-service

From the moment we checked in till the checkout we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely staff to welcome us and our room was spacious and super clean , plenty of amenities, very comfortable bed , very clean bathroom and lovely hot shower , lots of storage , would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel, great location , would love to visit again !!

No carpet on the floor in the room. slippery floor. The floor in the room was like a slide - cold and slippery. My chilled slipped and felled down several times.

Marshmallows available for free :) My child was happy. Very good location just next to the metro. Tasty breakfast. Playground available close to the hotel.

A lot of people at breakfast, long waiting time to take coffee.

We have got an upgrade, so our room was recently renowned and very comfortable. Spa is included, not very big, but enjoyable.
