Very noisy elevator as the room was in the last floor I could hear it all night. Little aged like hospital feeling bathroom. There is an art above the bed, some kind of coloured potato peelings. I rather if it isn’t there. Also the management asked for 10 of 10.

Good location close to many restaurants. Near by airport shuttle bus stop and easy What’s up communication with the reception.

Reception staff was available on site in the morning until noon and then via phone; whatsapp. This worked well, staff was very friendly and we received helpful recommendations and info upon request.

The room was very clean, the location was great and very close to Palermo Centro. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet even though it was close to the center. The check-in was extremely easy and was all done before we actually arrived.

The bathroom was ok with some small things to be fixed, like the door of the shower was not there, the shelf in the shower was not fixed. Considering also the fact the breakfast was not included, I think the cost was a little overpriced.

The location is perfect to visit the city center by walking. Despite the receptionist was there only in the morning, the staff was responsive and helpful via whatsapp. Bed was comfortable.

The door rattled when closed with the wind. I jammed a flip flop in the space under the door and it was ok.

Nice and central near to the theatre etc. Other reviews complained about it being serviced apartments instead of a full hotel but it is perfectly adequate if you know what to expect beforehand

Due to my very late arrival, the hotel requested copy of my passport which I was not too comfortable with. Additionally they requested copy of each traveler (my family) This was quite a discomfort. The outdoor hot tub was dirty and covered with some construction tarp. It didn't look good at all. On the last day I was told that I had to speak to the google device in Italian language in order to get hot water running into the outdoor tub. The terrace was not in best shape and sadly we didn't use it at all.

Nice and safe neighborhood and near the shopping area. Receptionist was very helpful via whatsapp. Clean room and comfortable bed. Overall this mini hotel was nice.

Bio hotel idea is nice. But in reality it doesn’t look so good: the towels are yellow-greyish white, same - the bedlinen. It looks old and not fresh. There are few things broken in the bathroom.

Good location. Innovative approach to checking-in - send id copy before coming and you get the codes to enter. Actually we saw the guy once in the morning…. But close to the center, fun atmosphere outside. The room is big, nice design.
