Noisy area and even with windows closed the noise from the street was as if the people were in the room! As a consequence it was hard to get restful sleep.

The position of the property is excellent right in the center with access to all principal Florence attractions, the staff was nice, the conditions comfortable for a family of four. The wi-fi is good.

The 1st night air conditioner was broken. They did give us a fan, which made it tolerable, but it was still warm. They did fix it after our 1st night.

No useable safe. Items are falling apart. Could do with a lick of paint. Noise from street as the communal recycling boxes are outside the building and emptied at night. It's a bit overpriced for what it is. There are steps within the room up to the exit and bathroom which can be challenging in the dark.

We did not use the recommended garage to park our car as this had very poor reviews (average if 1/5). While the room was very clean, I think there were some years since last time renovated.

Few things. Only one chair for a room for two adults and one child. No cups at all. No one changed the towels and it was mentioned that they would change the towels if we would stay for more than 4 days. No one ever tidied up in our room. It felt more like an Airbnb experience

We had 2 nights (first we had some party - windows did't help to reduce the noise from street), another night we had opera concert, that is downstairs (that was only cool for 5 minutes).

My only drawback is that the apartment in over the municipal trash bin so you might have some noise in the morning for 10 mins. nothing that will ruin your stay there though.

Black 5 is in a great spot, you can be in the city center in 7 minutes everything is close. The apartment was clean and with the needed equipment and extremely easy to check in. Late check in was a huge plus for us.

The room could have been cleaner. Both the toilet and the siphons of both the bathtub and the washbasin were not clean and were a bit clogged. The room could use a revamp by getting painted (not the wall behind the bed, that was perfect). The mini bar was extremely mini, couldn't even get a large bottle of water easily in there and it needed a clean up. The room could need more light, for example a central light/chandelier. The air-condition could need a service since it was extremely noisy. The wifi was not working during half of our stay.

The location was excellent, very central location but relatively quiet. The room was very nicely decorated, it had a lovely balcony and a large fully renovated bathroom as well as a very comfortable bed. The building was also very nice. The air-condition came in very handy since the weather was hot. The management offered as a bottle of wine for our anniversary which was super nice. Ivan was always there for us during our staying in order to fullfil our needs and they also let us check-in two hours earlier.

TV is small and lousy (basically it is a a computer monitor) and only have 2 channels. No kettle and you cant ask one either.

Huge room with very high ceiling, so you feel spacious. The room interior is well decorated and modern. It is clean and has spacious bed. Location is very convenient. There is no restaurant or area for breakfast in the hotel but we can take breakfast at the cafe across the street. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and it is within 5-10 minute walking distance to the Florence's main attractions. We drove our own car there and they made an arrangement with one of the parking garages for the car to be picked up and kept at the garage. When you need the car you just tell the garage 1 hour in advance and they will send the car to the hotel.
