The location was in the main street (not in an alley or sth similar) near the Colosseum and it also had a bus station close to the entrance of the building. The owner was ready to provide instructions before the arrival and was always available on our need of assistance (big props for that). The room was very clean, didn't hear any noise from outside and felt newly built. 100% recommended by me.

The shower water took a very long time to get heated and it was not very hot even at max.

The location was perfect, near the bus stop and near a big market where you can buy something for dinner or breakfast. The staff was really helpful, they responded very fast and helped with every extra thing we needed.

Room was excellent, it was clean and had everything that we needed. Location was really good, Colloseum is on walking distance and for the rest there are bus and metro stops nearby. There are many food options nearby as well.

Lovely location, walking out to see the Colosseum is incredible! To get to the Trevi fountain you can either walk about 30 minutes or use the public transport bus just outside the hotel which takes about 5-10mins. Room was smaller than expected but was sufficient, had everything you need. Cleaned it daily which was nice. Staff were very helpful texting back at all hours - I had a member of their staff assist in shipping back my iPad back from the hotel to the UK, was very thankful for that.

I didn’t like that there weren’t instructions sent beforehand of how to buzz up to the person at the desk when we got there. At least I had his number but I wish I was told that to know what to expect because being from Canada that isn’t ‘normal’ for us so we didn’t know what to do.

You could see the colosseum from the street which was pretty cool. The elevator was helpful for all the luggage.

The beds weren't that comfortable, my water in the shower didn't get hot just warm, could use a coat of paint just to liven the room up. I reserved my room with breakfast but didn't get any breakfast.

The main door to the building closed loudly whenever people came in (even though we were on the third floor). I would recommend earplugs if you need an absolutely silent night.

We had a lovely clean room, well decorated and with a view down the road to the Colosseum. Excellent value for money.

Our room could have been cleaner. We did arrive slightly ahead of schedule and they were just finishing up getting our room cleaned and ready, so they may have felt rushed...

The host arrived on schedule to let us into the building and to give us the keys and codes for access. The air conditioning worked great!

The location was fabulous, you could have a glimpse at the Colosseum right from you window. Very clean and spacious room. We enjoyed having an electric kettle to make tea or coffee. The fridge was a definite plus. Federico was very helpful with clear indications on how to access the accomodation.

if you plan on having a light snack in the room - no table. It’s a hotel like room. There are rooms with a kitchen to consider if this is important. No coffee, only tea.

The cleanliness, the location

Initially it was difficult to find as the property is located within a large apartment and it's sign is very small. We paid extra for a landmark view of the Colosseum which was disappointing as our view was of the buildings opposite. When I queried this with the host I was told it could be seen if I stretched and stuck my head out of the window and looked right where I could see it in the distance. The property is on a busy road and it can be noisy at night with the windows open.

The location was very good with easy access to the Metro and within approximately 15 minute walk to Termini Station. The room was clean with fresh towels and shower gel provided every day. It was useful having a fridge in the room. There are some nice restaurants at reasonable cost in the area and friendly local businesses.

Clea. Great location a bit Loud but it's by Colosseum so no wonder, however with closed windows it's okay ;)
