- It is more a feedback than a negative point: no need to put 3 types of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We would have preferred to have some body lotion instead. - Before arriving at the hotel, I read a lot of good reviews regarding the breakfast but I was a bit disappointed. The selection was nice but when it came to the savoury dish and in particular eggs, only boiled eggs were offered. Also the eggs were not from the best quality (type 2 = not bio or range free). For this price, I would expect only top products!

Haven’t seen such a heartwarming hospitality before. Aesthetically, it is very pleasing. Great central location if you want to visit Portofino, Genoa and Cinque Terre.

Great hospitality, personal attention, always someone to welcome you at the door. They want you to feel at home and, although we were a bit jealous about all the fantastic details in the interior design, we did feel at home.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in the stunning town of Santa Margherita. All of the staff are very friendly helpful and very professional. The rooms are tastefully and uniquely decorated. The breakfast is very fresh with lots of choice we would highly recommend this hotel

Our room was average size by European standards but bathroom was incredibly small.

Adorable boutique hotel. Great lobby/bar/ breakfast area. Rooftop swimming pool is ingested but was great given the high temps.

The staff were all nice and accommodating. The hotel room as well as the whole hotel is furnished with much love and also very clean! The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the evening you can end nicely at the bar.

I don’t have a single thing I didn’t like about this hotel. I just wished we booked our whole trip at this hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. The facility was very stylish and trendy. It’s a small hotel but it was perfect. Great location from the main strip with all the restaurants. The breakfast had a lot of options, the pool looked lovely. However the eBay part of the stay was the staff! From the time we arrived until we left, the staff was very attentive and assisted with anything we needed. Even when we had to leave early, they made a breakfast to-go back for us so we could have something on our train. I loved everything about our stay. This hotel for the vibe we were searching for. Could t be happier. The pictures don’t do this place justice at all.

This wasn’t strictly their fault but unfortunately there was no hot water during our stay because there was an issue with the gas line in the area.

Very charming boutique hotel. Great design and the team were amazing. Perfect location to explore Santa Margherita, Paraggi and Portofino. Their breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had.
