The floors were not carpet- they stayed moist and was not a good feeling at all to walk on. The air conditioning leaked all day and night we had to constantly wipe up water. Lastly the shower curtain had mildew stains on the bottom and mildew stains were on the ceiling in the shower

The pillows were uncomfortable, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so we had a lot of water on the floor. There were only 2 towels for a family of 2. They never cleaned the pool..

I did not like the lady at the front desk always rude when we needed something like towels, toilet paper and etc.. Also the parking my brother in law had to pay $40 or more a day because we had gotten a suit that fit 6 people and only could only have one car? Not great at all..

I liked how we was close to a lot of things by this property.

For being a smoke free hotel- guests and staff were smoking everywhere except in their rooms- pool, balcony, deck- and not just cigarettes…. They didn’t care if kids were nearby. Room had no bars or hooks in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was non-existent so it just sat on the counter. No closet bar present to hang on either- they came and looked but needed hardware. Room was not carpet but was tile- this was okay just different than expected. No sitting chair and barely a table to eat. Huge gap in the door that allowed all the smoke to come in. Poor water pressure which makes getting sand out of hair difficult. Pool water was clean but had a good bit of sand at the bottom.

The room look newly painted, smelled clean upon arrival. Parking always had an available space. Staff was always available and the gentleman cleaning rooms was extremely nice. Wonderfully close to the boardwalk, and good food. Cable worked. Water was hot.

Great price, but not having the ability to entry room without a hotel worker was very awkward. Fix the locks so a guest can sneak away for discreet moments

The room had holes in walls. Bathroom door jam had been ripped half off. No towels, toiletries or coffee pot. The balcony was dirty, moldy, broken slats in handrail.

The location was great. There was no breakfast offered.

It was a good value for the money, I just didn't like not having no table beside the bed or in the living room. Also the microwave was missing the plate to place the food on that's being cooked.

Bathroom door was completely broken like someone busted in it couldn’t lock the bathroom door or even shut it, holes punched in wall. The balcony door on the first floor had no door handle which ment it could not be locked so anyone could just climb over the rails and come inside the room. Front desk lobby was locked took 10 mins for someone to finally answer the phone.

Rooms were so dirty.there was a big rat in the room. so disgusting . The check in was after 5 pm they took so long to give me my room. When I got there my rooms were already paid because I did the reservation online. They charged $109 For a room that they say I didn’t pay . I guess they have to give me a refund. I have to wait

The only thing that I liked was the view to the lake. That was all. Everything else is so bad. They need to clean better the property. The pool is big but super dirty they don’t clean it
