We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I was traveling with a family member so arriving to find 1 bed was an issue. however, Vanessa immediately made accommodations and it worked out fine. the website on Booking.com is not clear or accurate representation of the property and should be updated!

The village is beautiful and located in a fantabulous area. I had a marvelous view from the window/terrace of my room. The hospitality manager of the accomodation is also very kind and attentive. This stay was one of the best stays from booking.com.
