Getting there was a bit tricky, probably because google maps didn’t choose the best route.Too many ultra steep streets and sharp turns combined plus we had to drive through Florence city center what I wanted to avoid in the first place. No wifi at hand (or at all)

Super nice views, overall comfortable, we had a nice stay for one night.

Lacking in sun brollies by the pool. Shop only open first thing and after 5pm.

The minibus shuttle was excellent as it's at the top of a steep hill. Easy bus route into Florence. Resteraunt on site with spectacular views.

We stayed in a standard mobile home. Campsite location is excellent. The cafe/restaurant is also excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool is a bonus and didn't get too busy even during the height of the Summer holiday season. Shuttle bus from the holiday park to the centre of Fiesole was a bonus as we didn't have our own means of transport.

Location to get to the place is so steep, and GPS takes you different directions. I recommend call the staff to give you directions, our car got damaged at the neuro road.

The rooms were quite small but ok for two nights. The restaurant/ shop had slightly irregular hours.

It was great to come back to a peaceful place after the hustle and bustle of Florence. The pool was such a bonus with the hot weather. The shuttle service into Fiesole was reliable.

As we were checking in we were greeted very rudely by one of the staff. We had two young ladies that traveled with us from Rome but had reservations at another Airbnb. As soon as we got out of the car the lady started barking at us that we only had reservations for three and the two young ladies were not welcome on the property. We tried to explain the situation with no success as she was single minded and only wanted to ensure they did not get out of the car. It was ridiculous and certainly affected the two girls as they intended to get a cabin for the remainder of their stay but opted to stay elsewhere. It was uncalled for and she is a rude person that clearly had no business working with the public.

Quiet with a terrific view of Florence. The food and the staff at the restaurant were outstanding.

Swimming pool was not in good condition. Not as per pictures in website, feel it was small studio.

Facility and bus pick service. Clean and comfy bed. Kids enjoyed the stay.

You have to try hard to catch wi-fi connection even in common areas, AC is not working well for heating, so floors are cold

Pool was not heated. Occasional smell of sewage coming into cabin but not sure source / where coming from. Not problematic enough to bother staff with. We closed window and used AC. Would have been nice to have AC in bedrooms too. Shop was very small and didn’t have tea bags.

It was exactly as described. Lovely environment with amazing views. Peaceful and quiet. Pool was good. Hourly shuttle bus to Fiesole was very useful.

The chalet was terrible. The room around it was just old broken asphalt as well. That being said; it seems that they are replacing all the chalets with nice modern mobile homes.

The people work super hard to make sure the guest are comfortable. Food is fantastic. The chalet was terrible unfortunately. Small, old, no place to sit and only one closet for 4 people. Very outdated. The mobile homes looked much more modern and I’m sure our experience would have been a lot better if we were in one of those. Hopefully all chalets will be replaced by the new mobile homes soon. For the rest it was fantastic. Especially thanks to the amazing staff.

I made the assumption that our mobile home would have cooking facilities. It didn’t and it is my fault for not checking, so I would encourage others to be more thorough than me! As a result we had to eat out more than planned so I was pleased we were there for only three nights. The wifi didn’t reach our mobile home - it was a concern for my fifteen year old! I’m not sure what the point of compulsory swimming caps was. It didn’t bother me but it might bother some people.

The location and the staff were excellent. The shuttle bus to Fiesole was very handy. The campsite was just the right size, the food was good, the pool was the perfect temperature and the view over Firenze was exceptional.

We booked with Airconditioning. Once there they said it was optional and charged us 8 euro a night extra. Back at home I see it really was with AC included (we also told them this twice), now I feel a bit scammed.

Nice staff with lots of things to do. It is really a camping for families.
