I didn’t like the breakfast - very poor choice for something that calls itself “luxury suits”…it would be nice to have something nicer and more Italian than regular ham and boring cheese. Of course I can buy myself food from a nearby bakery but the quality of the service is something principal. Not everyone from the personnel talks good English and some can experience difficulties in communication.

I liked the location - the suits are in the historical centre of Rome and it’s easy to navigate to all of the cultural sites as well as restaurants and shopping streets. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are changed daily. We had a minibar filled with nice drinks and snacks for good prices.

We had breakfast included, however it was limited in selection. Room could use an upgrade (en-suite shower had broken cement flooring next to the door and cracked ceiling)

email requests to the property went sometimes unanswered for days. Repeated emails were required to arrange for shuttle service from Roma Termini station and to the airport, however, eventually, a response was received and all arranged to our satisfaction

Breakfast was decent while staff greeted and tended to us with warm smiles and pleasant demeanor. Cappuccino was good, and the smoked salmon was a tasty treat.

It was a shame we could not use the large tub to relax in as the hot water was not hot. Also the AC did not work well, especially bad in very hot Rome.

The place is smaller than pictures shown but it was okay. Also, the freezer in the room wasn't really working.

We enjoyed its location, a few steps from Did Trevi and Colloseo. The staff were really nice and helpful, the accommodation was clean.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff or owner because the hotel is not using WhatsApp. Furthermore, if assistance is required with anything the staff is only at the hotel in the morning. There was no one to greet guests if you arrive in the afternoon. They provide a code to get into the hotel. Once your in then you pick up an envelope with the keys. I had a panic upon arrival because for some reason the door was not opening with the code and I couldn’t reach anyone since all I had was WhatsApp to call. After several tries I got in.

The location was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

Room was slightly beat down, bathroom seemed to be coming away in some areas, especially in the shower. Breakfast was great but minimal options. Would clean the room better if possible, thick dust on some areas.

the room is much smaller then 28 square meters the water in the shower was not hot enough, the bed was too soft for us, the breakfast was lacking

the duna was dirty, the shower was stuck and wasn’t working at the beginning, the hangers were falling because they were unglued.

the staff was really nice. they were very friendly and helped with everything, even giving tips.

the only negative thing was the breakfast that was almost nothing to eat and was very very low options to choose ( zero )
