There was nothing that we didn’t like It’s a wonderful upmarket hotel

We loved the location near to lots of restaurants and cafes and next to the airport shuttle bus stop . We had a larger deluxe room which was wonderful in its size and upmarket fittings . The beds were so firm and we had a great nights sleep. The en-suite shower room was large and we loved the toiletries provided - and the air conditioning was operating effectively because it’s been v warm this week . Breakfast was also plentiful with a range of hot and cold food to choose from. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room were hardworking and very helpful 👍

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was big, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and value for money. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very central location, bus from airport stops directly outside hotel and only takes 15 min! It was super clean and fresh, we loved our room! We got an upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room which was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. The staff gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and drink and they were all brilliant.

Breakfast was good, many options, very delicious. Room was comfy and clean. Location is perfect, everything is near. Restaurant Taverna Valtellinese is the best choise.

There was nothing to complain about.

Very good localisation - bus line no 1 from airport has its stop just in front of the hotel. It's about 7 minutes by foot to the railway central station if one wants to go to Milano or Lecco. It's also about 15 minutes walk to funicolare to Citta Alta of Bergamo. The street in front of the hotel is quite busy yet the rooms are really well acoustically isolated. A lot of restaurants and fast foods around. Tasty breakfasts in the hotel.

Perfect place for visiting Mediolan and its surroundings. In the middle of Bergamo, close to Citta Alta and railway station, next to the bus from/to the airport.

we had a triple room : kingsize bed was very comfortable but 3rd bed was not a bed but a coach which was not comfortable at all (very hard/firm). It's a pity that hotels don't offer rooms with a comfortable 3rd bed.

Room : perfect breakfast : very nice location : also perfect distance to shopping area and cita alta. Although hotel is located at a very busy crossroad : it was very quiet.

There’s no real bar or atmosphere in lobby in evening but since it’s so close to everything in old and new town it’s not needed.

Location excellent reception staff as well. Turn left going out the front door and your are heading to old town turn right and it’s the new town and train station right in the middle.

The rooms are too small for a kingside bed. There is not enough room to hang cloth or drowers to store them. Plus, there is no room to store the luggage.

We found 3 mosquitos in our room and there was a smudge next to the bed where there had clearly been one squashed before we'd used the room so there is clearly a problem with mosquitos there. Random, but the toilet roll holder is across the other side of the room from the toilet. I don't think it was a value for money stay.

It was a very good location for us, between the train station and the upper city. A fantastic pizza restaurant across the street as well! The staff were great and let us store our luggage whilst we went out for the day. We had a free upgrade on our room which was really nice. The bed was firm, which we like and there was air conditioning.
