The bed only had a single sheet, which made it not so comfortable. The outlets in the room were very loose so my charger would almost fall out.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station. I didn’t have any issues with noise during the night. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was good and complete with shampoo, conditioner, and other soaps. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only minus I'd say is that it's very easy for everyone to get into the building, and my door didn't lock properly, so if you have many valuables, this could be an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was bit complicated to find the reception at first, but all in all, it was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and I loved the small details like having an extra blanket. The place was also spotless!

Don't judge the hotel by the location - really a great find! Comfortable and clean!

I didn't have the full breakfast as I was on the go, but had a cafe and cake. I was a little dissapointed that the cake was a little stale BUT that could've been a once off. The rest of the breakfast (for 5 EUROS) looked pretty good and great value for money.

When I first arrived I was unsure as the location is really dodgy. I chose this hotel as I needed to take a train early in the morning. I would not usually stay in the Termini area. Saying that when I walked into the actual property it was a world apart from what was going on outside. I was really impressed. It was clean, airconditioned, beautiful inside - I was so relieved. Once in my room (single room), I was impressed that the bed was a double (even in the small space) and the shower was great! It was clean and spacious. The check-in process was seamless.

Good Choice For A Hotel Near Termini..

Location being next to the central train station is messy, with a number of homeless or drunkards lying along the stretch of walls of the station, but they're harmless. The area, though not the finest is relatively safe as there are always people walking around all hours of the day and night, catching their train, buses or Metro. Just be alert when moving around, keep your purse close to you, never let it go unattended.. However, pickpockets are everywhere even in a small, rich and safe country like ours, Austria...

Large airconditioned rooms, spacious bathroom, fast WiFi, a stone throw away from Roma Termi for quick access to all parts of Rome and beyond. Countless eateries, pizza/pasta parlours, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, flea markets, HopOn/HopOff and Airport Bus Shuttle stop nearby, pharmacy, etc. The Reception is prompt and friendly, while the room is always kept tidy by the chambermaid. A good choice for those wanting to stay near Roma Termini. 👍👍👍

It was a little noisy, but you are in the middle of a city! All noise stopped by midnight.

A lovely room, complete with chandelier! From the outside, it looked a bit worrying. It is a shared building. However, once inside, the room was lovely and spacious. The staff husband, wife and daughter, were absolutely lovely. They were very helpful. Breakfast was basic but very good quality. I would recommend. It is a 2 minute walk from the train station.

The room was at the side of the reception and breakfast room, so it was not that silent bedroom, but at least at night I had no problem at all.

The location is perfect, the staff was really friendly and the room has a good space. It fitted well for my case which was one night stay. The breakfast was great, and I could take it to my room, and the wifi worked well.

A lot of potential but overall disappointing.

My room had no hot water for the duration of my stay and there was a dangerous shower leak spraying over the powerpoint and hairdryer in the bathroom. Staff were prompt in fixing the leak, however there was no communication regarding whether the hot water could be fixed and my messages were ignored until after I had checked out (I had to self check-out early in the morning for a flight). I was really disappointed with the communication and received no offer for an alternative room or compensation if the problem could not be fixed, or even an update via the website chat function or WhatsApp (where we had previously been communicating about the issues). I also found it odd that they charge for luggage storage even if you are checking in to the hotel on the same day. This should be complimentary for guests if they are checking in later the same day.

The location is very convenient if you are coming to/from the airport as Roma Termini is right around the corner. Termini itself is a little rough at night, but the proximity to trains and buses makes it easy to get around the main attractions and you'll find decent restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies etc within a short walk from the hotel. I never felt unsafe as there is a lot of foot traffic with restaurants open late and people going to/from the station, as well as police and security in the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the check in process was easy and the host allowed me to check in early (for an additional fee). The lift was also appreciated given it's an older building and many similar types in Rome are only walk-up.

No toilet seat on the toilet, wifi rarely worked, the older guy working in reception is painfully rude. Plus, they charge 5 euros just to keep your bag their. Even if you're a guest. I've never encountered this before ha.

First of all, it took me a long time to find out I had to get the key at Hotel Ceasar, on 3.floor. On Booking it said 4, så I went outside and looked for number 4, no that was not a hotel 🙄 I had a single room and the window faced a very smelly stinky back yard. It smelled like Old frying oil or worse. The smelled made me nauseas. Window closed, but the aircondition did not work, so it was quite warm in the room. There is a kettle in the room, but no cup, tea or coffee. It’s the smallest room I have ever stayed in, a very narrow singlebed. There is a 32” tv with so many italian channels, but not even one english speaking Channel. I could hear people come and go and when They flushed toilets. They charge you 5 € to store Your luggage in the very small reception, that also works as breakfast room. Last, there are Many african men in the area and that made me uncomfortable

Comfortable bed and pillow Eventhough the owner did not smile, he was kind. Breakfast was good, it was worth more than the 5€

Bedroom is directly over a restaurant with a bar on the opposite side of the street. Windows must be open due to very hot temperatures but noise from drinkers/revellers is very, very loud making sleep impossible to achieve.
