I think the price seems a little high to me, but is in line with other properties in the area.

I've stayed at this property several times. The last time was during the pandemic and the stay was not as pleasant as previously though still fine. I'm happy to report that the hotel is back up to scratch and making improvements. They were installing new carpet while I was there. The breakfast buffet is a full hot breakfast bar. Everything is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, the bed comfortable, the water hot.

There was a hole in the ceiling of our bathroom that kept getting bigger. The shower drain stop was messed up. But we were barely in the room most of the time so it wasn’t horrible.

The parking was not easy. I drive a F150 truck and so do a lot of people! There were a lot of F150 trucks (and larger) in the parking lot but very few fit in the parking spaces.

The staff was nice and the room was quiet. There was an ice machine. There was also a coin operated washing machine and dryer. The room was okay but was exactly what we needed for our travels!

This property could really use a face lift. It barely qualifies as a Comfort Inn. Doors cracked, needed painting, grout around tub was disgusting. Perhaps "and Suites" guarantees you a decent hotel. Internet has no security settings

Where do I start? The floor near the air conditioning unit was very damp. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. One of the knobs on the jacuzzi tub was missing and left a hole exposed to water. The pull-out bed mattress had a huge red stain on it. The “grab and go” breakfast was basically a bunch of packaged breakfast and snacks with no bags or plates or napkins provided. The bed was very uncomfortable. One of the light fixtures had liquid leaking from it. The “indoor pool” had trash all around it (including hair from someone’s weave) and a child’s onesie in the pool itself. There was little ventilation in the pool area. The night staff is way nicer than the day staff and much more helpful. I’m sure there is more but at least my kids had fun. We probably won’t stay here again.

The jacuzzi option in the suite is very nice. The room has mini fridge and microwave. The king bed is spacious.

Absolutely no one was wearing a mask, including employees, despite a sign on the door saying everyone should wear a mask. The breakfast was not very good due to covid measures. The place looked a little less well cared for than during my previous stays, maybe due to lack of business in the past year. The room rate was higher than I've seen it in the past, in part due to college graduation and a soccer tournament in town (I think).

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past as it near my parents' home in Hammond. It is generally very clean and well-kept. The rooms are good-sized and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub are small but nice. The breakfast is included and usually good but was much smaller due to covid measures.

breakfast did not like , eggs were luke warm and meat did not taste fresh , waffle mix was too thick, apples were old grainy, everything just unappetizing. but the waffle house was close by and convenient.
