Beautiful villa in the Tuscan town of Castelmuzio. View from the balcony was amazing and the villa is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious. The owner was lovely and helpful, and her gorgeous mama cooked a delicious lunch for us, which made us all feel very welcomed. The location is an easy drive to many Tuscan towns but you do need a car. The co-op (supermarket) is well equipped and the village restaurant was the best Italian food we had eaten throughout our whole stay in Italy. The only thing that I would recommend is having information about the co-op and restaurant opening and closing times prior to arrival as we didn’t know that they were not open from Sunday to Tuesday. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect and we loved our 5 night stay here. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. Until next time!

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom and kitchen floor weren't clean. I'm sure this happened only to us, considering that nobody mentioned it before, but yeah, it should have been vacuumed before we came. This is the only reason for the rate I gave. Everything else was perfect 👌🏼

Location is amazing! From here you can easily and quickly get to a lot of towns. Also the village itself is very nice and you have a beautiful viewpoint few steps from the house. We had everything we needed in the house, especially in the kitchen. Literally everything. I also loved how the host made us lunch when we came. It was really lovely! The house is very cold, even the outside temperatures were really high. We didn't even need to turn on the fan for cooling.

Everything was perfect.⁸

This place is a gem.Beautiful old Italian house located in the heart of Castelmuzio. The host treated us exceptionally. Delicious greeting lunch with wine and home made cake.The location is convenient to see picturese small towns and villages .Short drive to beautiful Siena, Montepulciano and of course one of the beauties Val D'Orcia road. everything was perfect!

I liked absolutely everything about Casa Di Castello! From the welcome from amazing Osenna and all the goodies she made for us, to the perfect and huge house, magical little village Castelmuzio, there is literally nothing I would change. This is a place where you feel at home, like visiting a place you grew up in, even if you have never been there. Also, the house has everything you could possibly need or think of. I really believe that this is the best value for money stay on Booking, and definitely the best place I have stayed in all my years. perfect location, quiet and peaceful but incredibly close to everything you need- restaurant or shop, little table near beautiful view or car park. the property itself is beyond any expectations - it’s clean, beautiful, well prepared - even coffee and food available! the host left isnacks and drinks and we felt super welcome. now, the view from the windows and balcony is simply breathtaking… probably the most amazing place we stayed at while in Italy. best recomendations!

It's nice to live in walls that remember really old times. The 3-story house is fully furnished, it looks like it was inherited from your grandparents with all the furnishings (ancestral glass, etc.). Beautiful view from the windows, especially from the balcony on the first floor, and from the attic you can see the rooftops of the town. Comfortable bedroom with canopy and mirrors, and fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and.... an amazing welcome meal from the hostess. It really stays in the memories. A perfect location to explore central Tuscany with endless undulating fields, cypress trees and dirt roads winding among the hills.

Very cute, beautiful house in the centre of peaceful Castelmuzio. The owner and her mum were so easy to contact, extremely friendly and made our stay wonderful. Italian snacks, milk, coffee and wine were left out for us on arrival which made us really really welcomed.
