There was no hand soap in my room, smelled weird and the floor was very cold since it's just tiles, the light in the bathroom sometimes turned on and sometimes it didn't.

Shower curtain was moldy. Shower fittings were broken and shower head couldn't be attached. No plug in sink or shower. Sometimes other guests were noisy on the balcony outside the bedroom or they smoked out there and the smell came into the bedroom.

Breakfast was fine. Nice selection. The location was ok for our particular needs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice Outlook onto the garden. Water in the bathroom was lovely and hot. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space. Handy to have bus stop outside the door.

Hotel is very far from center. You can get here by 2 buses (913, 990) but they are always overcrowded and with delay, so it will take you almost one hour to get to city center.

Breakfast was included in my stay (it was in continental style). Reception is working 24/7. The accomodation is in monastery, so dont be surprised by this.

The pedestrian crossing to reach the property, if you are using the public transport. I found it dangerous as there is no much visibility and it is a busy road.

The staff is very nice and polite. Daniella from the reception is an excellent professional. I came very late and I wanted to heat up my food but the kichen was closed. However she managed to get there and heated it for me Thank you

Don't use this hotel to go to Stadio Olimpico. Impossible to walk there or take a bus there from this accommodation

- At our second day there was a really bad smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away even after keeping the window open that lasted for our remaining stay

- There is a bus station 2 minutes away that takes to the Vatican - Nice breakfast, a variety of fresh fruits, croissants, yogurt etc. - Beautiful garden view - 24 hours available recieption - Large room and bathroom

The entrance to the building was not easy First you need to get in the gate. It looks imposing and not inviting, however once you know it there is no issue What I didn’t like was that there is no ramp to roll your luggage up to the entrance. I had a 45 pound bag, and it was not easy to take it up or down the steps. In addition there was no porters to help you.

(1) Finding the place: (1.1) I had only seen building image while booking, hence, with Google Map, I was trying to search for the same. Map was leading to different location nearby and building was guarded with big gate, hence, building was not visible at once. (1.2) To enter, one must ring bell on that gate which will then be opened from within but as place is huge and not very busy usually, hence, people inside might not be able to open suddenly, hence, one time had to wait for good time period which causes even further confusion whether I am knocking at correct place. (2) Water dispenser would be nice.

(1) Most of people managing place were nice. (2) Place was quiet (which I prefer) and had amazing garden view from balcony. (3) Breakfast was amazing. (4) Room was clean and safe.

- I think it should be clearly stated that this is a religious hotel, hosted by Nuns, which puts a lot of restrictions on who and why can stay without turning the stay into an awkward uncomfortable situation. I would avoid it if you're not religious or not Catholic, and especially if you are planning romantic holiday with your partner. This is not the place to stay in this case. - You need to leave the key at the reception when you leave and ask to let yourself in every time you return, which includes two closed doors (the territory and the building itself). People are usually at reception though, except mass times when they might be not. - The public buses which go to the hotel are a bit erratic and unpredictable in schedule, sometimes very crowded. - On the second day my still clean, but used bedding, was replaced with a dirty one. Washed, ironed, but dirty, with lots of strains not washed up in the machine.

The place is very special, with a history. Relatively close to the Vatican. Nice big closed parking. Very good for religious pilgrimage.

I have no idea what can be better. Everyhting was exactly as it was primised. No complaints

We have arrived very late - after midnight. And it was only one hotel who had so late check in. Everything was great, thank you for comfort and such friendly attitide. We are very greateful . We had to stay just for one day . but it was very clean and noce hptel to stay , to recover after long trip. I have only posiitve impressions , sisters
