The host was very helpful. He responded to queries and helped when I requested assistance. The location of the apartment is very good and you can get to the city center in 5 minutes walk. a great variety of restaurants near by. Grocery shop near buy as well.

This apartment is very cozy, comfortable, we stay very good in it. The position is very central, just 5 minutes to the Duomo of Catania, very helpfully the host that help us a lot with everything we asked

Marco is a very kind host. He helped us whenever we needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is served in another location, a few minutes' walk away. It is a delicious breakfast, with the best cappuccino and the best desserts ever tested, and the location is pleasant, with very nice staff.

I would just recommend adding a couple of more basic amenities: more toilet paper, napkins, dishes detergent.

Location was very good, 7 minutes walking to the duomo or a quick scooter ride. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Marco is a great host too.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 5 mins walk to the city centre. Marco was very helpful in all matters. We were on a bicycle tour of Sicily and we started here in September, Marco stored our bike bags and suitcases whilst we toured. On our return he stayed later to allow us access to the apartment and also let us leave the bags in the apartment as our flight was after the check out time. We had a great time in Catania.

A good sized apartment in a central location. Marco was very helpful, we are touring Sicily on bicycles for a month, starting and finishing in Catania, we needed somewhere to store our bike bags and suitcases whilst touring and they kindly agreed to do that.

No AC in main bedroom, no dedicated parking, had to park on the street, which was busy and chargeable. Harsh lighting, would benefit from some lamps.

Everything was awesome: location, all the necessary home appliances, friendliness of staff. Marco answered all my questions fast and clear. Even the cat that was myauing (loud) in the night somewhere close to our apartment was nice - I have two cats at home, so that added some home spirit:) My child enjoyed the opportunity to leave the room and sit a while in the inner court.

The air conditioner was in the kitchen, so we had to sleep with the door open to let the air come to the bedroom, so the temperature was still not ideal. The bedroom has a side door to an internal court with access to other apartments, therefore when someone comes back at night and is a bit loud, you can hear the voices/noises very loud too (unfortunately it happened for 2 nights in a row).

Very close to the city center, nice and kind owner, new furnitures, good price.

I enjoyed the apartment amenities, Marco -the host- was very welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning worth all the money as we experienced 34+ those days. Clean and comfortable, with good facilities for a snack, cooking or coffee.
