We booked the suute. It is spacious with a nice little balcony. There is AC in the bedroom which we needed though we visited late May. The place is located at the center of Palermo. Walking distance from central train station. Pleasant atmosphere and nice coffee shops.

Noise from the breakfast room was a little loud in the morning. I wouldn't expect that to be any different but it would be helpful to be forewarned.

I loved the personal touch of a small hotel. The concierge, (maybe it was Guieseppe) was very helpful.

There wasn’t much not to like except the fact that it was a bit hard to find and hard to open as well since there was nobody inside to help us. Though we know you cannot control where and how people get there. We would’ve never found it without some help from some locals. But overall it was great.

I loved the breakfast and the rooms head to toe. The people were wonderful and even hand baked everything. It was wonderful and i would recommend it again to anyone who wants to travel to Palermo and enjoy it.

Three keys to get into the apartment was irritating at first; which key which door, but got used to it.

It was close to Quatro Conte and all the restaurants, but the Latino Coffee shop across the street was great for breakfast & coffee. It's also 10-15 minute walk from the train station.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historical center. We arrived by car and having never driven in Palermo, it was a bit tricky driving through the very narrow streets after dark. Our car was driven to the garage and brought back to us when needed.

There seemed to be some miscommunication about the Taxi which the manager called for us with a set price of 50 Euros to the airport. The Taxi driver wanted to charge us 70 Euros when we got there. Managed to haggle it down somewhat but is was uncomfortable situation.

The room was spacious with a closet to keep luggages and clothes out of the way. The communication from management was great. They offered a lovely breakfast .

Perfect location. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Good breakfasts. Room had every thing we needed. Host kindly provided beach towels and umbrellas for our day trip to Cefalù. Good value.

Rooms meet your needs, but do not exceed them. The central location, right at the center of it all, means the party is right outside the window far into the night.

The happenings are right outside your door! Breakfast was lovely. The croissants are delicious! Allessandro was kind available and helpful.
