The electrics were a bit dodgy and shower cubicle was broken.

Non - adjustable air-con. We (4 people) were not able to have a warm/hot shower (in mid January) due to its low water pressure.

The location is great, walking distance to the train station. Very unique and vintage décor. Our room is clean, beds are comfortable. We found staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower is a little cramped; Breakfast at rush hour not well organised Noise of DJ or Karaoke till midnight + did not bother us that much (6th floor, open window) but its there! They should decide which name to use. Hotel Britannia was hard to find. And the internet was lousy

Nice spacious room, Good tasteful basic food, diner as well as breakfast Nice people working there Well situated. When we return we will choose it again without hesitation.

It was difficult to find as it is both a hostel and hotel so it wasn’t called what we thought it would be called.

This is more a youth hostel than a hotel, which was not obvious when I booked. Therefore, things are efficient but a bit sterne: the room was very basic, the breakfast was simple, the appliances (in the bathroom for instance) were dated (but functional).

Everything is made to build relationships with other people: a few large tables to eat, events almost everyday, a gaming room...

We were looking for hotel Brittania and must have walked by it several times before we found it as it is now OstelloBello (with Hotel Brittania in VERY small letters). So indications/signage could be better. Our arrival must have upped the demographic by about 25 years as well ! The room fridge was not very cold (ice tray remained liquid over night)

The room's decor was a little tired, but both room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the welcome drink upon arrival was indeed very welcome.

We moved to every places near to genoa like Portofino and serravalle at the same day..the receptionist was very kind the changed our room because we didn't like it first and the offer the biggest and better room with the Same price. I adviced others to book this hotel

- I didn’t like the mattress because it’s a bit hard plus it creaks whenever i move. - The pillow as well. It’s too low. There’s only 1 pillow, they could have added another one.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were really nice. Those at the reception, the girls serving breakfast and the staff who also maintains the cleanliness of our room. It was fun. There were events every night where you could participate in. There’s also a bar at the ground floor serving food and drinks. Location is perfect! 3mins walk from the train station and a few mins away from Acquario di Genova riding the no. 35 bus. There’s also a spot near the hostel with a panoramic view. 🤭 Breakfast is also good. I ate focaccia with prosciutto 😍

Nice hotel close to the central station. Very good, friendly and personal service from the staff. One free drink is offerered the guests on arriva,l which was a nice extra feature. Big room and huge double bed.
