Great revamped room over looking the lake. 5 minutes walk to town you can avoid the 100mtr road by cutting by the next door restaurant, by a foot path. A great little town with lovely views would hesitate to go back in that standard room. Simple but nice breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff .in reception and in restaurant. Good breakfast. We don't eat pork, madam from restaurant every morning bring for us turkey.

Only one thing: the balcony had a double door. The outside door did not close 😔. The room was not cold but when my companion went outside to smoke it would not stay shut... It was funny when she closed herself out by mistake . 😄

The room was newly decorated.good view of the lake and the other side of the lake. The beds was comfortable and immaculate with clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and had extra toiletries. The staff was professional and kind.

The breakfast was sup standard. If you had to pay for the breakfast it would not be worth it. Needs to have more of a savory section.

Only 10% of the breakfast table was relevant: Largely disgusting cookies, cake and prepacked toast - Just a waste. Beds were old. Carpet had stains from 1900s. Had to ask for housekeeping. Indoor drilling at 0800 am in the morning (!!??).

Location is close to Arona, although the only connection to the town is a small dangerous sidewalk. Lake view is beautiful. Free parking is convenient.

Nothing really! A pool would have been a bonus but the lake made up for that!

The location was perfect and our room had a view of Lake Maggiore. There was a fridge which was great to keep everything cold and the air con was good!

The only thing I observed is a quite amount of spider web and spiders on the terrace and inside the bathroom. The hotel needs maybe a little bit of refurbishment, eventually.

The staff was friendly and approachable. The hotel has an amazing lake view. The breakfast was satisfying.

After nice stay over all it was disapointing to struggle for the invoice at the reception !? ... It was paid by my corporate credit card and an Invoice is due at the check-out .... No way ... I asked polite , I speak italian ... , fighting almost for one hour , but only simple Ricevuta was issued , explaining that one month before at the payment of reservation It was necessary to ask for Invoice ???? But this is crazy , not the first hotel stayed ( I am regular traveler and Invoices everytime are issued on checkout ) .... This was very unpleasant and disapointing to me , ......dont know this is because of lack of service or aiming tax evasion somehow .... !

Nice location , but if you have lake view room ,,,, during reservation it was not so clear to understand this and one is thinking all rooms have lake view ... ! But not ...all... ! Breakfast is ok , dining in the hotel at the evening is maybe not a good choice , the restaurant is little oldfashioned , no vibe , good for big groups , ... dont believe food is great ...

Breakfast is too classical. There was no natural juice, queu at coffe maschine, fruit was not fresh, there was no fruit salad, there was no vegetables, just two sorts of cheese...
