It was already my second stay here. I have chosen it due to the proximity to the Airport and the industrial area in Zola Predosa. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, friendly staff. One cannot ask for more.

The room had no hallway, you enter immediately into the bedroom which is a bit weird. Breakfast was rather poor, salads or veggies were absent at all.

Decent hotel, not below or above expectations. Was chosen due to relatively close proximity to Unipol Arena - 25 minutes walking distance. The road has a sidewalk and safe.

dinner. was quite disappointed. for,the quality of everything else and being in the area of some of the finest food in Italy, my pasta dish and my husband’s risotto were both mediocre at best. in fact, the worse I have had anywhere. I would suggest people eat dinner elsewhere. tasted like prepared food just put in a microwave, tasteless. maybe they should just serve breakfast (which is wonderful) and bar snacks.

quality feel to the entire hotel. comfortable bed. great bar tender, made us feel welcome and appreciated. lovely display of snacks at Apperativo time. breakfast the best hotel breakfast I have been offered in years. parking a real plus.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, good beds. Location within a walking distance to Unipol arena. 20min drive to Bologna city centre. Parking area directly under the rooms. Gym with some equipment also a plus. The only downside is actualy the sound insulation. We weren’t bothered but I imagine that someone might be.

Room was hot and fridge was also. It was awkward for someone without a car travelling by train and having to cross over a roundabout. Not hotel's fault but not clear how to get there.

Bed was comfortable and good facilities. Good breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing is that you need a car as it’s out of the way but also close to the venue of the concert

perhaps the hotel could provide a limited menu for room service when the restaurant is closed especially as many guests will use the hotel to attend the Unipolar Arena

The hotel was really nice and beautiful, cozy and clean. The rooms as well. The staff was very kind, helpful and always with a smile on. Great breakfast choices, big variety of both savory and sweet choices. And the coffee was superb, freshly made from a decent coffee machine. The only downside I could mention is that sometimes they wouldn't refill on time or even at all some choices ( mostly the croissants ) if you were arriving late at breakfast. Spacious parking, under the trees. Nice WC/Shower with all the extras you might need PLUS - a big PLUS- for your personal hygiene was the bidet in the toilet.

It was sometimes a bit harder than usual to communicate with the personnel in English.

Good, clean small room for a 2 days business trip close to the industrial area in that region. Very good breakfast in a large spacious room. When I needed a taxi, it was called in time.

We stayed for a night in transit. Good value for the price, very nice and friendly staff at the reception and breakfast. Food ok. Convenient and safe parking. We would book again!

Lovely, modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge, comfy bed. We had two small dogs and the staff were very accommodating finding us space to take breakfast (which was fabulous) and have the dogs with us.

The walls and doors are very thin, so you could not sleep after 7am because then you heard cleaning staff and other travelers all around. Its very loud and noisy at morning times.

It was way out of town. Bus and train station 15 minutes walk which was difficult with luggage. Transportation not available at night which is my only issue..........

The facilities were great. It was very clean. Small bar area was fun with knowledgeable bartender. That is all there is nothing else.

They didn't have both dairy free and gluten free options. I had to bring my breakfast. They told me they had food for people with intolerance. Someone smoked in one of the annex, and the alarm bell rang for a while late in the evening.
