There is nothing much we didn't like about this hotel. Our dog had to go out quite early in the morning (4:40AM) one time, and my husband got locked out of the hotel, which we hadn't realized that there was a significant period of time in the early morning hours that staff might not be manning the front desks. Also, when going with a dog, it can be difficult to find a spot to let them relieve themselves because typically the grass areas and beach are off limits for dogs. But we eventually found spots for her to go.

Overall, the stay was incredible, but the biggest impact was the staff. We found that they were extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay much more special. Other advantages were the cleanliness, calming aesthetic, wonderful spa services (which accommodated my pregnancy), and delicious food served in the restaurant.

if you stay for 1 night, you cannot choose the breakfast table. the people who have breakfast/lunch/dinner have the own table reserved and the wait staff indicate where is your table. unfortunately, it might be a case, the table-clothes were not really clean... I hope it was a "once-in-a-while" mistake.

WiFi in their winter annexe was poor and inconsistent. They cleaned my room with a do not disturb sign on. That was no issue for me as I just didn't need it cleaned but it could have been.

Super friendly staff that let you try your Italian and don't automatically speak English. That is so appreciated. Same with the breakfast, they have attentive staff that aren't in your face and the rooms were great.

Nothing. Everything was perfect! The only problem was the bathroom we had. It was quite small.

What I really liked about tge hotel was the style of the room. Very nice but nit too fancy and most importantly the hygiene. We had a very clean room, you felt so comfortable the first tine you stepped in the bedroom. I can totally recommend it! And the best was the hotel service. We were able to check out later without any extra fees or charges.

They arranged sunbeds for 50 euro for front row… the beds and locatio was very low cost with no free space to neighbours. If I read well it costs 30 euro when go directly.

It may have been nice to have been asked about whether I needed any advice about what to do during my stay but I am used to staying in hostels where this is more common practice...and this was a hotel not Tourist Information! Everything else was great.

The staff were friendly and kind; the breakfast was plentiful and varied; the location was fantastic: right in the middle of Alassio, close to the train station, and within a minute's walk from the private beach (which is owned by sister hotel Savoia). While the beach cost 20 euros per day for with sun lounger, parasol and towel included, this was not a surprise to me and the cost was simply added to the bill so it was very straightforward and meant that you didn't need to worry about taking money to the beach. My room was lovely with efficient air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom was small but relatively new and everything worked.

the shower was a bathtub that had a shower head that could be lowered or raised. the only real problem was that you could only raise it to your shoulders. if you want to wash your hair you have to hold the shower head in your hand

we walked in and we’re greeted warmly. nice after a long drive to be greeted with smiles. the rooms were large and cozy. good lighting and outlets by the bed for charging phones. breakfast buffet was large had something for everyone.

Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean as i expected. The view from my room was an open kithchen of the nearby house and mostly rooftops.

I liked the excellent staff. Very friendly and accomodating. Specially the young lady I encountered at the spa in the morning. Excellent job keep it up.

The room got a bit cold in the night and we couldn't figure out the heathing.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great, especially for guests with dogs, as it has a small park jusz across the road.
