The breakfast room didn't quite meet our expectations; it was rather basic in both ambiance and offerings. The quality of the breakfast food and drinks left something to be desired, considering the value. While the room size was adequate for a short stay, it lacked a wardrobe to hang our clothes, which was unfortunate.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooftop bar adds to its appeal. Being just a 2-minute walk from the dome is fantastic.

Disappointed with the room allocated. Booked a junior suite and the view from the room was onto a rather dingy courtyard with massive concrete pillars directly in front of the windows obscuring everything and making the room look gloomy ! Check in area is way too small for the amount of folks waiting around.

Great location for city centre and for access to the Metro system and connections further afield. Fab breakfast. The roof bar is lovely but can get crazy busy at times.

The location is perfect, only about 5-10 mins walk from all the major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Remo, the concierge, who provided some fabulous local insight and recommendations. The breakfast choice was extensive and catered for all appetites and requirements with plenty of staff to assist.

There were ants in the room and bathroom. There was not a place to hang the hand towel in the bathroom, so I had to hang it in the hair dryer.

Just blocks from the Duomo and waling distance to all the main tourist locations. Metro station is crossing the street.

Water pressure in the shower is weak.

The location is excellent. Room spacious, we had a junior sweet. Bed and pillows comfortable.

Room was just large enough to be a Junior Suite but this was consistent with information before booking. Taken for three guest the sofa converts in a very large second bed but no space left around it. There was a shortage of drawers to open luggages for two, let aloen three guests. Hangers would not work (they fell on the floor after a short while).

Room was recently redecorated. Insulation was excellent so view on the square had no downside. Bathroom was large, well equipped and nice

Nothing very serious, just that the breakfast area was very crowded which was because the hotel is really big and maybe full. The lobby was also not very impressive, compare to the room we got.

The location was central. We had one of the renovated rooms and it was really comfortable and modern. Although there was no view from the window. The hallway was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was also very interesting and delicious. The staff were classy and kind.

The location is a bit far away from the sightseeing and shopping. It’s doable with walking. I’d recommend to take a taxi back if needed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms for different staying are modern and clean. The Rooftop is a bar and a restaurant on the 10th floor. Highly recommended! Reservation is not a must and it gets crowded during the weekends.

We used the rooftop bar, staff weren’t over friendly and asked if we’d booked even though we were staying in the hotel. Drinks expensive!

Room was very spacious, modern and clean, the breakfast which was included was excellent with a wide choice to eat.
