You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI expected to be able to use the pools and the outdoor ones were closed. the “spa” part where there are thermal indoor pools was nothing special. nice enough but there is a time limit and you have to pay about $40 each time you use them for a limit if 2 hours. also it’s not private. I’m very used to this kind of spa (mini kind of King Spa) and I found it restrictive and expensive. I was already paying too much for a mediocre place and to have to pay more and be monitored with cameras and I strutted and followed by staff is unnerving. in all it was a rip off for me. AND… WHEN I LOOKED AFTER THE DAY WE ARRIVED THE TOTAL FIR A 5 DAY STAY WAS $400 CHEAPER STARTING THE NEXT DAY FOR 5 DAYS. I actually think I’m entitled to a refund of the price matching but booking.com insists it be the same exact days. Also for a spa that focuses on health the breakfasts were almost all cakes and cookies.

CanadaThe room is without a/c and the weather was extremely hot during our stay. The provided fan didn't help as much as we'd like. The city of Chianciano itself appeared too quiet for our liking despite the fact that we visited during the peak season, seems like the golden times in that area have passed unfortnately. Wishing the owners all the best with hopes the area will get busy again!
The hotel has 2 swimming pools. One on the last floor and one 2km away from the hotel that is simply magnificent. The size of the pool 2km away is large, quiet, clean, with showers and changing rooms (separate for men and women). The view of the hills is outstanding. The location of the hotel is strategic if you wanna visit Montepulciano(15 min by car) or Montalcino (45 min). Staff and owners were all very kind and friendly. Good value for money.

AustraliaThe breakfast is buffet with mostly cakes. Besides boiled eggs and one sliced cheese there were not other vegetarian options and there was not chance to toast your bread. We didn't want the access at the spa but we just booked a massage and the owner expected us to rent a 5 euro robe anyway. The lady at the reception was friendly but I can't say the same for the lady owner.
Affordable price. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Free car park.
