The rooms with the street view were verry noisy, and this verry disturbing for us. It felt like you were outside.

This was our first time in Rome. We were very happy with our accomodation. Annalisa was delightful and very helpful as were all the staff. Thank you. We liked the location to all the monuments. The outside was very noisy, but hey you’re in the heart of Rome, that’s to be expected in such a busy city. The window closed out allot of the noise. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and the breakfast was delicious. I did however struggle with the lack of road rules and the amount of traffic. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was on a busy street with a bus stop directly in front of the entry door. It could be congested just trying to get in and out of the door with many people crowding the sidewalk. Our room faced the street so it was noisy. We had difficulty downloading emails and information even though we were connected to the hotel's wifi. We tried to have a drink at the hotel bar, which we were told was an honor bar. When we went up in the evening the refrigerator was locked. Maybe we should have checked the hours.

Convenience to attractions. The staff was helpful in booking tours and giving directions as well as booking transportation.

Hotel location is perfect, within a short walking distance to most landmarks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. The hotel offers a very good buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom floor could have used a wash. And the aircondition kept stop working even after they fixed it.

Location is everything. So close and walking distance to everything. Bus stop right outside the hotel, and plenty of restaurants. Loved the rooftop terrace and size of the room/bathroom. Helpful staf. All this more than outweigh the few bad things. Would stay here again.

My only regret is not packing my complimentary slippers when I left

This hotel has the perfect location for trip to Rome. The room is clean, big and comfy. The staff is helpfull the breakfast good and they have a laundry service! I can't stress enough how perfect this location is for sightseeing in Rome. I recommend this 100%.

The hotel is situated in a perfect and central location. It's only 7mins away from Trevi Fountain, 10mins to Piazza Novana just round the corner for Campo dei Fiori etc... Apart from the exceptional location, all the staff was really friendly and approachable. Great and helpful receptionists who gave us some useful tips and suggested restaurants! Will surely book this hotel again in my next visit.

The air conditioning in my room couldn’t be turned off or changed as it was very cold. I did ask for it to be turned off completely but it kept coming back on to 23 degrees, Thankfully there was a blanket in the cupboard I could use.

Lovely hotel and staff very amicable I was able to stay in the lounge area until my Later flight.
