Location was great, close to the central train station. Mr. Franco was very nice and helpful with everything and very gentle. The room was good and clean and bathroom too.

Easier access to the reception

Door was locked at the front couldn’t communicate with the property and couldn’t understand English which is ok but I couldn’t get in the door to translate in person

the bed felt quite instabil and noisy when I moved during I was sleeping. my room had the same balcony as the next room. couldn’t keep my balcony door open during the night because I did not feel safe. I would advise to separate properly the balcony I the middle

The cleanliness of the room was Not on the high level, but for one night was ok.

Great localisation, close to train station and Bus Terminal. 15 min walk to main points of the city. Nice and kind staff.

Check in after 20.00 must be paid in 20€ The breakfast was included in the price and it was really disappointing. No Wi-Fi connection in my room. There was no English speaking staff there.

It is a place with lots of potential, with some room for improvement. Breakfast could definitely be better... it was basic, with plastic cups for the coffee, artificial juice, a few packaged cookies and (luckily) some freshly bakes 'cornetti'. Also, the lay out of the room could be improved, as well as the maintenance of small details, little things broken etc. Small adjustments which would make a lot of difference, and benefit the owners a lot ;-)

The host - an elder sir who received us - was extremely kind. He received us very well and made sure we understood everything we should about the room, so he deserves all the credit. Location is also good if looking at a place very close to the main train station.

The accommodation is old but for a large group like mine with a lot of young people, it was very convenient and at a very advantageous price. The staff does not speak English, communicating through google translator, which complicates the communication.

Location very close to the station and the busiest area of ​​Palermo. I had a problem with the reservation dates, my fault and the manager was very helpful and managed to change dates without a fine.

Even though, we did a last minute booking, we were accommodate without any problems. Dimora Annulina is very well located, just nearby the central train station in Palermo. It's really easy to get to the historic city center from there. The staff was kind and nice, the room was cleaned, the bedding was fresh. The Internet connexion is really good. The breakfast was rich in various sweets and croissants as well as good Italian coffee.

The bed was quite hard. The shower was small.

Location was very nice for the price, within walking distance of Palermo. There was an extensive breakfast included. The host was very friendly. Airconditioning worked very well.

”Balcony view” was someones backyard with dirt and buildingmaterials, not ”overlooking the history center” like said in the introduction.

Great location next to Palermo central station. Quiet B&B. Helpful staff, mister do not speak English but he has translator and everything went well.

My only comment is that the place needed some redecoration and repairs. However this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay which was pleasant.

The room was large and comfortable, having everything one needed. The great advantage for train travlers is that it is very close to the station which was useful to minimise lugging our cases around. We like to walk so it was a good base to explore the city from. The gelatti shop around the corner was great!

the host was very friendly and caring. and the location was perfect, close to bus station an walking distance from Palermo we had a great two days there and the host and his son showed us some nice Sicilian hospitality.

This room was on a lower floor to the rest of the accommodation, with no tea/coffee making facilities or cups/mugs/glasses. I wasn’t given a key to the higher floor where breakfast was served and where (I later discovered) a coffee machine was situated. I was advised to knock on the door in the morning when I needed breakfast. Although the room was huge and impressive, the bed mattress was rather uncomfortable. The single bed mattresses were no better. The toilet flush mechanism was also broken!

loved the huge quadruple room - had one double and two single beds and loads of space, with balcony overlooking street. Breakfast was pretty good too - loved the freshly heated croissants and decent coffee.

The surroundings were a bit drab and gloomy (not unlike most of Palermo), the 2nd small bed was lower to the ground and not particularly comfortable. Toilet seat was a poor fit and kept sliding

Convenient location for those travelling by train, access to an elevator was a bonus (esp with heavy luggage), ability to store luggage, early check-in, great staff, good continental breakfast, spacious room
