Location was amazing right in the town. Hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We walked from the bus stop down to the hotel. There was approx 10 minute with walk down steps. Its ok but you need to do several trips with suitcases. But its worth it.

In the breakfast, the Americano and the hot water in the thermos are always cold. The rooms are very louche and there is no make-up mirror in the bathroom. They should redesign the lighting of the rooms to be brighter and definitely install a lighted make-up mirror.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast options are rich, the rooms are very clean and large, very comfortable to place all ski equipment. The location is very good close to ski rental and bus station.

Not much.

The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. On days we had to leave early the staff provided us with a take away breakfast. That was very helpful.

Great, central location. Good size rooms, excellent breakfast. Free parking available across the road at the old railway station from 20.00h - 09.00h. Just 50 cents per hour at all other times. Much better value than paying €40 to park at the hotel.

The room has a separate sitting area with a couch, table with four chairs and the TV is in this room. It is very odd that the TV cannot be viewed when laying in the bed which is ridiculous for any hotel room. I had to pull the TV cabinet away from the wall and turn it toward the bed to even get a partial view of the screen. This is a very poor design. The parking at the hotel deck is $40 euro / day but there is a lot at the bus station about 5 minutes walk and is about $7 euro / day.

This hotel is in the center of Cortina and is ideal for walking to restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just OK but was a little slight for the price of these rooms. Adequate counter space in the bathroom but the shower was a little small.

Probably the hotel needs a style upgrade, looking like 90's style.

In the middle of the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. Very comfortable beds and our room had 2 bathrooms and also one if the best views.

The decor was rather tired, the hotel was quite expensive for what it was. The car parking was expensive 40 Euros per day. The reception staff were not particularly helpful.

Well located for the slopes. The breakfast was good, although service was a little slow. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The furnishings were dated and worn out. There is no ice machine on the floors or coffee pots in the rooms.

All the staff was amazing in every area and the location was excellent.

Liked the division between living and sleeping area. Location is stellar. Lobby bar was well used by our group as a meeting point. Delicious breakfast and staff.

Cons: The shower was old and it'd use a makeover. Also, for a 4* hotel, the facilities were a bit dissapointing (almost none, I'd say). From this point of view, it would be more fair to say it's a 3* star hotel and the prices should adjust accordingly

Pros: Very nice and polite staff, great location (very close to both the center and the bus station for the ski lifts). The room was spacious which was very helpful, since we were there for the ski slopes and had a lot of big luggages.

Great location, very close to the town . Fantastic views and nice lounge and bar.

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful to accommodate the needs and finding the best room . Particularly Maurizio was such a gentleman and made sure we had the best stay ever … We were very impressed by the level service provided 🙏🙏
