We arrived on New Year's Eve on Dec 31 and the host was very hospitable, he waited for us with a bottle of champagne. The location is good, very close to the center but not in a noisy area. For us it was a pleasant experience completed by Giuseppe and Concetta who are very nice and who helped us feel good.

Very steep and narrow staircase. Included breakfast is not served in the property, you should go outside and cross the piazza and the main street.

Second floor...

Place is on the second floor, close to the center of the city. Room is small but comfortable. The owner waited for us till 1am when we arrived

Very kind and helpful host! We even received information in our, czech, language. It's and old house with steep staircase, the room was very spacious and nice, historic, bathroom very clean, with everything needed. The location is very convenient, close to everywhere. Breakfast was served in a small cafe at Via Etnea.

I really liked the location, it is located in the city center and it was very easy to move around without a car. Giuseppe is very attentive and friendly.

There were no any plates for food in the room.

Breakfast was in a bar nearby and it was very good. We got some bottle of water and juice in the fridge for free. The taste of tap water is not that good in Catania, so we appreciated bottled water a lot. The street was noisy, but the windows were insulating it very well.

Një ambient shume komod per mua dhe familjen time. E gjendur ne zemer te qytetit kishim mundesi te leviznim kudo pa perdorur mjete transporti. Autobuzi nga aeroporti na la vetem 2 min larg. Mikpritesi, nje zoteri shume fisnik, na ndihmoi per te gjitha pyetjet dhe ishte i disponueshem ne cdo moment.Dhoma jone, pastrohej cdo dite. Pastertia eshte shume e larte, carcafet e hekurosur dhe peshqiret e paster. Mengjesi i thjeshte por shume i bollshem per stilin italian me brioche dhe kafe.

My wife and I had to stay in Sicily for an extra day because our flight got canceled. The airline didn't help us out with a hotel room, so we had to scramble and find a hotel close to the airport. We were pretty stressed and tired, but we lucked out when we found this gem of a hotel. Even though we rolled in super late, they treated us so well that we completely forgot about our flight hassles. I'd totally tell anyone to stay there!

This little cosy room is located in a superb place, the city center - Via Etnea e.g. - is literally in 5 minutes walking distance. The host is super super nice, helps with everything. If you arrive from the airport by the ALIBUS shuttle, it is also quite easy to reach this place. Much recommended!

The owners were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags in the morning ahead of check-in. They also helped us get our luggage out for the taxi ahead of leaving. Nice touch to leave juice and water in the fridge. Our room was tidied and this was a nice surprise.

Excellent value for money! The owner was very helpful with parking our car and making sure we knew where to go for eating out etc. He was also very attentive with help with luggage using the essential lift. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Accomodation is simple but excellent value for money.

Proper lift from ground floor to room. Plus more stable beds The beds are not safe. My husband sat on the edge and the bed tipped over throwing him to the floor.

Did not like the 42 stone steps up to the room. Nor stepping out onto a busy road.
