Great hotel with amazing staff, amazing views and shuttle service to Bellagio center or back to hotel. The hotel administrator not only shared tips on places to visit, but also recommended restaurants and must-see places. Hotel was very clean, you can find everything you need there. I enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel. It is set close to Bellagio and offers wonderful views from the roof top terrace. Sabrina was helpful, and her input added to my overall enjoyment of the facility. Everything has been well thought in order to facilitate hotel guests.

Place is super great, but word of advice - it is quite the walk from Bellagio, please be aware of that in advance.

Super helpful staff. Very good breakfast options both in house and nearby their partner bakery, Perfect place to stay if you are traveling with car, great parking area. Breathtaking view from rooftop terrace.

Great and friendly staff, descent rooms and a great view from the balcony. Location slightly away from the center was nice as it allowed some walking in the morning and evening.

The hotel is beautiful, probably the best place we have stayed before. The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. They offered us a lift into town and back to the hotel at no extra charge and were always happy to help. The room is clean and quiet, our balcony overlooks Lake Como and it was our best decision. I will recommend this place to anyone. But I will definitely come back here more than once.

A little bit far from the city centre (~20-30 mins by walk) but in general the walk is pleasant, beautiful streets and views

Our hosts, Sabrina and Natalia, were wonderful and so helpful. Domus Bellagio, perched high on a hill directly above Bellagio, has to have one the best view of Lake Como and the surrounding Alps. Alas, it was overcast and rainy all 4 our days, but when the weather is on your side, you can't go wrong with Domus Bellagio.

The room it was super clean. The area is very good and peace full area of bellagio. Parking infront the hotel in a reservere area.

The air conditioning was finicky, even though you set the thermostat to heating, increase the temperature and speed, it seems it's stuck on auto - it starts when it wants, the selected fan speed is not respected; one night it blew cold air :(

It's a nice property at the edge of Bellagio, in a quiet area with a pretty big car park. The view from the balcony was very nice, the room was exactly as in the pictures. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe, Pasticceria Sancassani, you get 5 euro vouchers per person, per day - it was very tasty!

The rooms are small, and the fact that the breakfast was offered in form of Coupons of 5 euros, Outside the hotel, was not what we expected, And not that practical especially when its raining.

It was cosy, nice and relaxing, warm and with a beautiful view overlooking the village, Valentina and her colleague , both were welcoming and helpful !
