Loved the peace this property offered away from the busy streets of Rome but close enough to the city centre. Easy access with Scooty's nearby. 20 mins walk from spanish steps.

It was a busy street, so we started to hear some loud voices early in the morning. It didn't affect our sleep quality though.

The top one thing that I liked was the cleanness. The room smelled so nice once we arrived. And the lady was so helpful and kind.

I loved that it was really quiet and private. It was warm and felt like home away from home. I would rate the wonderful staff a perfect score for not only being helpful but very accomodating. Laura was also readily available when needed. If you're a solo traveller or going as a couple this facility is great. Excellent resturants and cafes nearby also.

Great location, short trip from Termini and short walk to the gardens. Natalia and Laura were lovely and super helpful with check in and recommendations. Breakfast includes pastries and coffee, great start to the day. The room was very comfortable and well air conditioned. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Easy check-in and out, a beautiful small, calm and clean place. When we entered the room, it smelled so fresh. The lady working there is very kind and generous. We loved to be able to have the breakfast in the courtyard and the lactose free option for the cappuccino was really appreciated. The location is not that close to the famous touristic locations, but we were in Rome to discover and walk, so that was perfect for us - a lot of beautiful and not so-seen places in the neighbourhood.

Staff is very nice! Very helpful to send you suggestions or answer quickly if you have questions. I was happy that i could leave my bags at the place after check out and pick them up a few hours later.

The location was excellent, with close access to public transport (metro), otherwise exploring the city was just a short walk away. The room was clean and cosy. The staff were very helpful, and the morning breakfast was lovely to enjoy in the little outdoor courtyard.

At night, the street it was on, had no lights. So it was a little scary to walk alone around 11 Pm.

Original room was extremely small. No where to have suitcases open. And fluoro ight shone in from back alley making room bright at night. No black out curtain. Management moved us next day thankfully. And the room was a lot bigger and dark at night. So the problem was fixed.

Cleaner/ breakfast lady was brilliant and lovely. When we had issue with lights coming in bedroom and no blackout curtain. Management moved us to a darker room.

Would have liked a slightly better aspect lookout from the window, this looked out onto a central area that had high buildings so made the room feel dark and slightly cramped- this may not bother others at all. Other than that the room was excellent .

Loved the ongoing accessible and helpful communication. Laura was so helpful and prompt in her answers to my numerous questions. Natalie was very pleasant and made excellent cappuccinos . Loved staying there . Will be back if I visit Rome again. Beds so so comfortable . Highly recommend this place .

Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Our room was small, but we expected it and it suited us for the purpose of our trip.

We wanted clean, no frills accommodation in Rome that was close to the Olympic stadium because we were there to watch the Rome Open. Domus Pinciana checked all of those boxes and was exactly what we expected. Laura was amazing to accommodate our late check-in, and Natalia was so kind and prepared breakfast for us in the courtyard.

Small guest house in a quiet area close to Borghese Gardens. Breakfast served in our room each day by a lovely lady called Natalia. Host was always a call away if there were any problems (there wasnt) Lots of restaurants close by. Definitely would recommend here if you are on a budget. Comfortable and very clean.
