I can’t actually think of anything I didn’t like. Beds were comfy, breakfast provisions excellent and staff wonderful.

Great location and so peaceful and quiet at night. The building is lovely, access easy and it’s close by to major attractions, metro trains, cafes and restaurants.

This is an apartment where the rooms have been converted to an airbnb type setup. This is not a real hotel. The breakfast provided to us was a croissant, pre packed dried toast, a pre packed pound cake and a weird orange juice. The host was ok!

Location to colloseum. 2 mins walk away. Can't get any closer than this..

Noisy, room faced street with lots of people walking by and partying into the night. Steep stairs to climb with luggage. It was a little difficult to find and figure out how to get in.

The location is amazing and all facilities in the room were just what you need! The room was clean, the breakfast was good and staff friendly! It was just a shame it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy sitting outside on the balcony!

This was a girls trip and WOW it was amazing. The hotel was close to everything. The high light was when i stepped out onto the street from the hotel and looked left...there was the Colliseum OH MY GOSH!!!! A dream come true! We were able to walk everywhere except the Vatican, it was a tad far. Our room was so nice, large, clean. Now if you need an elevator this hotel isn't for you, it had a beautiful marble staircase instead. Anna was the young lady that brought us breakfast every morning. Every morning cappuccino. Soooo! goood. Anna was also so helpful with getting us cabs, and telling us about the area. She was so sweet. It was totally the Italian experience, narrow cobble stone streets, cappuccino, the sites and smells. From our room it looked like what you'd expect to see in Rome

There was nothing not to like

Easy to find and easy to enter the property. Literally 2 mins away from the Colloseum and Roman Ruins by walking and you could see it at the end of the street. Blue line metro there too. Plenty of restaurants around. Our room was perfect for myself and my daughter! Very clean. Breakfast included. Fabrizio was helpful and very nice 😊

The guest house was within walking distance to all popular attractions and locations. Five minute walk to the Colosseum, many restaurants and always felt safe walking at night in the area. Fabrizio’s instructions for checking in were easy to follow without any problems. Our hostess Anna was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire stay, from getting our room ready since we arrived early, a wonderful breakfast every morning to getting us a taxi on our day of departure. Anna was personable and friendly.

If in Rome as a tourist, the location is unbeatable. The staff, mainly Anna is an amazing lady and wonderfully helpful and nice. We would love to stay here again in the future, and do recommend for your vacation.

I’m learning that the beds in Italy are hard and a little uncomfortable, just to know ahead of time.

The location was in the heart of Ancient Rome. Everything was an easy walk and metro was very close for our trip to the Vatican. Anna was the Best! She was was super sweet-even packed a breakfast for an early morning tour! Felt very safe here.

For what we paid and where this hotel is situated we can’t fault it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Domus Real Cardello, the booking information and pictures etc all represented our room well and the communication from Fabrizio was very good before we arrived with self check in details. He also helped us to get an Uber on the afternoon we arrived as there was a sudden rail strike and no trains from FCO. Anna who was based at the apartments was so polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, although basic, was delicious and the coffees great. We stayed in a family room for four nights with our two teenage children (17 & 15) The room was plenty big enough as we were out most of the day and had ample storage. The only reason I didn’t recommend it as a romantic break was because I didn’t see the other room and we were in a family room. Location wise it was amazing - literally two minutes walk to the Colosseum and the metro, with some great restaurants and bars within 5-19 minutes walking distance. If I was to return to Rome I would definitely boom to stay here again!

Everything has been perfect from the moment we arrived. The treatment, facilities and attention they gave us, especially Anna, who made our stay quite comfortable. Before our trip we informed about some allergies and there has been no problem in finding alternatives for breakfast. Very good location, no noise and excellent breakfast and service.
