Steep stairs, make sure you hold on to the railing while walking up and down. A bit noisy early in the morning because the leather merchants started their setting around 6am. Bathroom was a bit cold and had no exhaust fan. Sensor light is good to save electricity, but it turned off in the middle of my shower. It will be better to give additional 5 mins. It's very cold to open the shower doors to wave a couple of times to reactivate the light!

I stayed 5 nights in this hostel. Location is the best - 12 mins walking from train station, main attractions and the central market are so close. I shared room with 3 other ladies (not my first choice to share bathroom) but my bed is located on the loft and the same level of the bathroom which is a big bonus. (I was told that it's the best room). First day I spilled water on my bed, the cleaning lady did her best to dry my bed, all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Too cold the building and it would have been better if the staff look after more for the heating under the cold and rainy days. The check-out time is too early. Would be better change it at least until 11.

From the room 10.there is a wonderful view for the Medici's Chapell.Everything is pretty close to the hostel, perfect choice for a short stay to discover the town. Restaurants are nearby too, if you wanna drink the morning coffee outside. . I tried many hostels before and this was one of the bests. Free coffee, tea in the kitchen and free towels. The rooms are clean and I found the beds comfortable. Very helpful, and charming italian guys in the reception by the way. 😅👌

Kitchen was a bit small and was a little on the dirty side. I know it's a common area so it can get a little worse for ware but it still could have been a bit cleaner. Also was a bit hard to find and I'm glad I looked it up on Google maps prior to arriving otherwise it would not have gone as well as it did.

Location was perfect for what we needed and was very walkable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the available when needed. The breakfast patio off the common room was a great area for morning coffee.

The duvet does not have cover. This is a bit bad because everyone is sleeping with same duvet. They gave ua white clean bedsheet to put between duvet and us. But still i did not like it.

There is no junk bed so it wa comfortable. The room was big. So i did not feel bad.

The staff were amazing always attended to your needs friendly caring, the rooms were so big and tall the bathrooms were so spacious that I tough I was in an Old Castle the decorations in the walls and furniture so beautiful, centrally located, the atmosphere incredibly, in my opinion up to right now the best Hostel I have ever stayed in Europe, highly recommended

Private double rooms are next to a shared kitchen so we heard every noise because the door from the room was straight to the kitchen. Didn’t sleep much so we came home tired.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Right next to mercato with different restaurants and great centre location. 8 minutes from train station.

Perfect location, spacious rooms, comfortable patio and great vibe. I'm glad, I've chosen this hostel. I also want to say thanks to manager Matteo, who made us all feel welcomed and was super friendly.

The smell of wastewater was strong in the toilet although the facilities were clean I think it has to do with city channels not to the hotel it self. The stairs were long and vertical so it could be difficult for people with joint problems.

The staff was very nice, Location was perfect. The hostel still has the heritage of old buildings in Florence. They have a kitchen with free coffee and other items. There are a lot of cheap and [Halal food] restaurants in a few steps away.

The location of the hostel is amazing. It’s clean, and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been asking a lot for recommendations in the (local) area and they were always happy to help. I would certainly recommend :)

some furniture aren't in a good condition (ex : kitchen of the dorm and common area) & a lot of used towels not washed that were left in the bathroom and didn't belong to anyone

very nice location right in the center & not far from the train station so easily accessible, the members of the staff are welcoming, available and helpful, the only girl dorm room is spacious & there is big lockers and the terrace is a big plus to the place

The bathroom was a bit small, and given the number of people using it perhaps could be cleaned more often. The shower had some little issue with the door. In the room I was assigned to, the bidet was missing (available in other bathrooms).

The staff was really amazing: available, friendly, smiling, ready to help in everything I needed. They made made me feel very welcome. They even gave me a locker and towel at no extra cost, let me choose my bed and tried their best to try to adapt their room management to meet my request to be put in the same room with a friend. Great example of excellent hospitality and client centricity! Thank you guys 🙂, your attitude contributed significantly to my stay in Florence. Very centrally located. Plenty of space to safely store your belongings in the room. Professional coffee machine available.

The rooms were quite clean but the bidet's pipe was a little bit leaking.

The location is awesome. It makes everything easy as it is close to the railway station and Florence center. The staff was helpful, nice and friendly. They gave us tips and a free map. The hostel has a common kitchen and inside you can have free coffee.

Missing elevator, towels clean but bad smell, plug in of hairdryer didn’t work well.
