The ventilation is not the best in the bathroom, so it started to get a little mouldy. It needs to be cleaned better.

Great location at Via Etnea, right in front of Villa Bellini. Under the building, there's Pasticceria Savia, and behind the hotel, you find Via Santa Filomena. So many restaurants are around and all the sights are within walking distance. Even though our room was facing the busy street, we were still not disturbed by any noise. The staff was really nice and attentive. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, so we just left the luggage at the hotel, but they also prepared the room quickly, which we really appreciated. They also provided tickets to the Afrobar beach club - such a nice gesture! The breakfast was tasty and quite typical with a lot of sweet things - it could have been even better with more options that are not sweet.

The property doesn't have an elevator. If you're not travelling light, you will have to carry everything up and down stairs. In my room, the air conditioning was giving me issues. The rooms are not soundproof, and unfortunately, you can hear guests and everything that happens in the hall, especially if there are rude guests not keeping it down.

The room was very big, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. The breakfast hall has a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn't be more centric in front of the city gardens. Bus stops are right there, as well as restaurants and activities. Attentive staff.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Provided helpful notes on how to catch the shuttle bus from the airport and where to get off etc. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection (best coffee as well).

The location is amazing, a great breakfast included and really clean rooms. Comfy beds in quiet rooms, great pillows, secure entrance, can leave bags there after check out. I'm really impressed and will stay here each time I go to Palermo.

End of the check-in at 19:00 is quite early, instructions followed through sms but I had to ask for them 3 times, the key was placed in the end in the wrong box and we had to call.

Breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed and good shower.

The only thing is that our room was directly at the stairways, it had a metallic door - not soundproof at all. Unfortunately there are some other metallic doo. s in the building which generate great noise.

We were three with a grown up son. We got a large room with an elevated "bedroom". There was enough space for all of us. The staff was kind and super helpful with everything, The breakfast was nice, it was great to have some options that are not sweet.

The room was absolutely ok. We can check-in early, and it was a great help. They helped us to book a car for good price. There is a parking platz 200 meter from the hotel and its price was 15 euro/night (from 6pm to 11am). If you plan to visit some.cities around I absolutely recomend to rent a car.

The breakfast need to be a little more variety. If you dicide to take your breakfast after 9:00 some things will me missing as friut and not replaced. An other thing you are in Sicily the home of oranges did not find freash orange juice.

what can I say about my stay first the location is extremly good if some one need to travel by bus from Catania airport the bus stop is infront of the hotel just you need to cross the street. The room was comfort with all you need even the bathroom larger then the normal hotels. The staff is so helpful any thing you need and ask they are quite ready to help you. The hotel is clean and quite I tought that as its in the heart of via Etnea at night will be a little bit noisy but I never heard any noise at all.

we had problems with the Wifi it keep dropping and in some areas of the room we couldn’t get a connection, which was frustrating. We stayed at the property for 6 days in total, on two different floors and had the same issue.Despite that it was a wonderful vacation.

We had a quad room with 2 bedrooms and each had a balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom had been updated.

The iron we were provided was not very good. There was not one in the room intially. But reception provided one when I asked but I did not trust it.

Location was perfect. Very safe location too. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again just for the breakfast. The room is great. The shower was great. Beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

I think the only thing I didn't like was the step in the bathroom in the roomwhere we were staying didn't have any black strips on it to remind you there was a step as mam didn't spot the step and fell the first night but did not hurt herself.. If strips could be added to the step like the ones where you go from reception to the rooms I'm sure it would help.

We lived everything about the stay, the staff are all amazing, the rooms were absolutely spotless and clean with plenty of room. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice to suit all.

Choice of eggs for breakfast, only hard boiled eggs were available during our stay.

Great location, spacious rooms, big bathrooms, excellent communication. The hotel arranged airport transfer for our group at very good price.
