Would have been nice to have a bit larger accommodation - basically to add a second bedroom, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Location was perfect - close to everything. Breakfast was amazing! Such a great selection! Hotel staff was amazing, always ready to help us, make reservations, arranged for our airport transfer, etc. Last day our flight didn't leave til late in the day and they held our luggage for us and let us come back for a coffee/snack/bathroom breaks thru the day - which was so helpful and kind! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to make you happy. Location was great. Just off the Main Street. Far enough away to buffer some of the noise. Palermo can be a little crazy and loud at night but the location was on a quieter side street.

Nobody really wants to order breakfast a week before they arrive!! Then you have to order it in advance every day. A minor niggle which really gave us a good laugh but it is the only thing they could improve.

Location is second to none. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any issue whatsoever. We stayed in the Garden room which has its own entrance and private garden. Very secluded and mostly incredibly quiet. Food at breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful.

Beautifully finished and appointed, amazing staff that were incredibly helpful steering us toward the best food and sites. Also, delicious and abundant breakfast. The hotel is right in the center of the Centro Storico. Cannot imagine there’s a better place to stay if you want to be in the center

Room was a bit stuffy and warm; very little opportunity to adjust temperature.

Breakfast was very tasty and varied - lots of great choices. Staff was superb and helped us book a private car from airport and a taxi. The hotel itself had a lot of character. Very clean.

Nothing - it really is perfect

Beautiful room in beautiful hotel! Quiet location on side street steps from main street in centro storico. You can’t beat the location. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great breakfast. Let them know if you are arriving by car and they will help out with a garage. Palermo is a fantastic, interesting city and this hotel is the perfect place to stay as it offers quiet and comfort right in the center.

i do not have enough superlatives to describe our stay at palazzo natoli. the hotel itself is tucked away down a side street in the old town, but with balconies fronting via vittorio emanuele, so the vibrant pedestrian district is always at your fingertips. you are nestled between the most beautiful architecture and important sites of the city. you could not ask for a better location. the rooms are perfection! we had the privilege of enjoying three. each had its own unique charm, and we loved visiting each other’s rooms to share the different experiences. all of them were fabulously appointed and warm, like visiting someone’s luxurious home. as if this was not enough, i must say that the service of every single member of the staff was the best i have ever experienced. no detail was too small. every desire was anticipated. every expectation was exceeded!

You cannot make our stay better. It was perfect. The staff and leadership make this place special. The amenities and rooms are wonderful.

The hotel has breakfast time slots that quests sign up for. You go to the dining area and the staff brings you all that you ordered. It is wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location in historic Palermo. Room was very well appointed and staff were very helpful and solicitous with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was nicely varied and excellent quality. Transfers to historic sights and airport were easily arranged.

Great Location, fantastic communication on what’s app or email. The staff is amazing From transfer to welcoming all superb. One feels at home, it’s cozy I’d give it a 10 if the beds were bigger and if there were conditioner. In general a great place in the city center Easy access to all Very well organized.
