Parking was a bit of struggle, but it is the centre of Milan.

Exceptionally friendly staff, (expensive ) parking nearby, very comfy room and pleasant bar and breakfast room. Location was good, about a 15 min walk from Duomo, lots of good shops and restaurants and bars nearby.

Breakfast was quite basic and hot drinks were just luke warm. Bedroom had a bit of a sewer smell but I was there for just one night. Couldnt open the blind so couldn’t get any day light in the room but again only there for a night.

We found our room quite noisy at night.

the location is the main point of this hotel: it's literally in front of Porta Venezia metro station. furthermore, it's located in Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main streets in Milan. the room was nicely sized and the bathroom was modern. the staff was friendly

The rooms are very small, the only place to sit is on the bed.

We spent six days in Milan to rediscover the city. Since we arrived with the airport bus to the Centrale the location of Fenice was good, only four stops by tram. It was also walking distance to most places we wanted to visit, even if the nearest parts of the walks were quite dull. It is also close to trams and metro. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfast was excellent. It is a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants. .

It was quite pricey for a basic room away from the main tourist area but was perfect for us.

Loved the location of this hotel. So many transport options right on the doorstep. Huge range of cafes and bars nearby, all with really good food at reasonable prices. Loads of shops on the street around the corner and away from the crowds and chaos of the doumo square

Shower in our room was very small. The hair dryer was old and dated.

Hotel was easy to find coming from the airport and is accessible by metro. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Check-in was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast only starts at 7am, I had to catch a train at 7.15 one of the day. Also a bit more fruit choice would be nice at breakfast. Apart from that, it was a great stay

The location is great, you can easily walk to the centre and the other attractions and if you choose not to, there are plenty of public transport around. You are also not far from the central station which makes it a good base to explore the region. Beds are really comfy, shower was excellent. And there are plenty of restaurants options around the hotel.

The only reason this property didn't get top marks was because of the bathroom and the shower in particular. I'm a medium sized person but could hardly move in the shower.

It was a good location , approximately 20 minute walk to the Duomo. Good restaurant options close by. Easy access to the Metro. Decent sized bedroom and a good breakfast.
